Lekeshia Jarrett's Online Review Report Card

Dear reader As I recently moved down to Leland NC about 5 months ago from NY this was my first visit with my new doctor Dr. Lakeshia Jarrett. I am grateful beyond measure for the kindness and attentive expert medical care I received from Dr Jarretts and he her wonderful knowledgeable and kind team. Verna and Ada sorry if I missed anyone. Throughout my entire visit I kept feeling at ease safe and reassured that I was among a staff of experts that genuinely cared about my personal wellness. Dr. Jarrett took the time to patiently go over all and any concerns I may of had concerning my health and overall wellness. Not feeling hurried was something I was not so much used to being from NY. My heart tells me that I am blessed to be under the care of Dr. Jarrett and such wonderful medical team. Kind regards John

This was my first time seeing Dr. Jarrett and it was a very nice experience. She took her time to listen to my issues and i did not feel rushed.

Dr. L. Jarrett and Verna Both of them have just a wonderful manner. She took her time with my assessment very thorough. I am a new patient to her practice and I am glad I made the decision.

Dr. Jarrett is a wonderful doctor and truly cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of. Her and her nurse work very well together to make sure their patients are safe and have the appropriate resources for them to be taken cafe of in thier home rather than needing to go to assisted living home or nursing home. They are advocates for their patients and the patient’s family. We are blessed to have them in Leland.

Unprofessional and rude

I became covid positive and received absolutely no help from her at all. The following is the story. I called Dr. Jarrett because I was exposed to covid. I called and messaged in the portal to my doctor Lekeshia Jarrett for guidance because I am a HIGH RISK patient. I spoke to her MA and was told where I could be rapid tested to be treated immediately. Wilmington Health doesn’t do rapid testing. I went to a lab paid $100.00 and received a + had a low grade fever beginning to have trouble my lungs. I called the office again and no direction no protocol was told I was on a schedule to be screened by a Covid physician and I would get a call that evening. Meantime breathing was deteriorating wCovid Brain Fog. On Sun. I called the practice and told to go to ED. I was in trouble and admitted. The doc to screen me called two days later while I was in the ED. I contacted the office countless times and was never guided or talked to my doc.

Dr. Jarrett is a very kind caring doctor. Not only does she take the time to know and listen to her patients she genuinely care. Since I have lived in North Carolina which has been over 20 years have I ever had a doctor to genuinely care. I can honestly said I will be her patient for life. I could not be more pleased or ask for a better brilliant doctor. May God continue to bless you Dr. Jarrett. You are one of a kind and a God send

Had an very eye opening experience with patience Jane Lane today. This seems to be a quack of a doctor. No bed side manners. Dont ask question with to her because she gets upset. Patients should not come out of her office crying because of her comments and her actions from her dr. The patient does not need to be upset by your dr or Wilmington Health Associates when you go and try to get help. They dont seem to care they just heard in you in like cattle. Been trying to resolve her medical needs for 2 years and the dr has not done much to resolve her issues or and dont seem to care just want to get the money and run. I feel she is not getting a good medical diagnosis. Also the office help seems to be out of the loop. Sent an ultrasound out of the loop was sent twice with confirmation but they just cant find it. Thats not professional business to me. I would think twice about this dr and Wilmington Health Associates.
