Both Dr Tester and Brittany were professional customer focused and knowledgeable about their responsibilities. Brittany knew what to do and communicated effectively to me what she was doing. She also shared understandable feedback on the results her work yielded. Dr Tester is focused informed and to the point. His communications and customer focus skills are excellent. There was no time wasted no repeated questions. I am grateful to experience such excellent medical care.

Always an excellent visit with Dr. Tester. Very knowledgeable takes time to discuss health issues and explains everything. Couldnt ask for a better primary care physician.

I agree Dr. Tester does not listen to his patients. After three months I finally went to a specialist for my sinus infection. In addition I refuse to go back to him. I inherited him after my original Dr. left Wilimington Health. Dr. Watson spoke very highly of him. But after multiple times of him or his Physician Assistant not listening to me I am done.

Dr Tester his nursing staff are attentive thorough and always willing to listen to patient’s concerns. I’ve been especially impressed with his staff and Stephanie in particular If I need attention quickly they have always managed to get me on his schedule as quickly as possible.Thanks

Dr. Tester is one of the best docs weve ever had. My husband and I both see Dr. Tester. He is professional and caring. Easy to talk to and doesnt rush through your visit. We highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Patrick Tester is my primary care provider with Wilmington Health. He is a true professional in every sense. He takes time to listen and provides honest feedback and medical advice. I never feel like Im being rushed to clear the way for the next patient. I rank him with 5 stars plus and am very glad to have him as my doctor. He always tells me to give him a call at any time if I need some advice or if Im having a medical issue. I also want to applaud his assistant Britney Nestlehutt. She responds to any message I send her almost immediately I messaged her regarding a prescription renewal and she took care of it within minutes and I heard from the prescription pharmacy the same day to tell me the renewal was received and the prescription was on its way to me via USPS. Im entirely pleased with Wilmington Health and all the men and women medical professionals that I come in contact with on every visit. Truly the best Ive ever had. Thank you
