This hospital is a joke.

Elderly mother was brought to ER by ambulance. It took 2 hours before doctor came into room. She used the call button and it took a nurse over 30 minutes to respond. I asked the gentleman at the desk a question and received an extremely rude response about using the call button. I didnt use the call button because my mother was finally sleeping AND I was asking about him a question that i had already called about twice. The IV had been hooked up for over 4 hours and was not actually running. The nurse unhooked the line to flush the IV but then didnt hook it back up

Had a great experience the staff were attentive and answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable before during and after my procedure. From my doctor to Wendy my nurse to the Anesthesiologist they were all amazing

While my fiance was pregnant the nurses and doctors in the labor and delivery department were very helpful and polite. They were constantly reassuring and the nurses were always willing to help out no matter how late in the night it was. They even showed me how to properly swaddle my son and gave me advice on how to take care of him as a first time dad. I have never been to a more welcoming and caring hospital. Much respect for the hardworking staff there

The nurse who attended me was not gentle when she hooked up the IV on me. I was in pain the whole time. Even before she took it off told her to be gentle but still. She seemed like she didnt care if I am hurting. She doesnt have compassion. And their team leader was so rude Hayyy... 😔 Nurses in Marion are a lot better.

I went in for jaundicegallstones and from the moment I went in to the day I left everyone who came to help me was very professional and attentive. The nurses and doctors were very caring and helped me out with everything. There was always someone around making sure that I was doing well. There are a lot of good and kind people working there and thats a good thing. They just want to see you doing well again. That was my experience.

The staff was VERY unprofessional. I called too get an update on a resident where I work and the nurse wouldnt tell me anything. She first asked if I had talked too the social worker which I had spoke too at 10 this morning face to face when I was there in the er I told her that he had spoke to me AND my administrator and she told me I didnt have too be mean and started getting mouthy and HUNG UP ON ME. The supervisors in the ER have yet too call me back. I have never been somewhere or talked on the phone to a hospital thats acted like this. Pretty sure you dont do things like that in healthcare. 🤷

Wife had surgery scheduled. For Wed at 12 pm she had covid test on Monday. They called at 630 wensday said test did not come back to rush over and be retested . everyone scheduled had to do the same . they were supposed to call us about test and adjusted tims. They did not i called and was to to bring her at 12 .. At 230 she was still waiting . their web site also says 1 visitor allowed in room. There are no visitors allowed . supposed to be part of Atrium HC but not under same policies

I have been to this hospital a few times for seziures...I have never had any bad nurses or doctors but tonight my Dr and nurse went above and beyond The Dr name was Curry and the nurses name was Tyler.... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Very informative. I highly recommend both of them if you happen to go here
