Ive been very impressed with Dr. Purcell. Very down to earth excellent bedside manner and a doctor who I felt was very compassionate and explained things in both laymans terms and up front about his diagnoses.If I ever need to see a vascular surgeon again hes the guy Ill see.Lenoir is fortunate to have such an asset to the community and seeing hes got a lot of family in these parts Im sure he wont be moving to a new area anytime soon.

I had a sore on my foot and went to dr. Purcell and the wound center. I got my blocked blood vessel opened and the sore healed. I didnt even have to stay overnight

I had my varicose veins removed with laser surgery at horizon surgical associates. I am very pleased with the result. My legs feel great and look much younger. Dr. Purcell and his nurses were very professional and helped me a lot.
