Very pleasant personnel!

Very unprofessional when dealing with follow up with insurance company when you are off from work!They never answer the phone when you call the office. Very disappointed 😞

Excellent care.

New patient. I was treated with respect by each member of the staff in the process - from the person who scheduled my appointment to the P.A. , Morgan Tucker, who treated me with respect, communicated well, and was thorough and genuine.

Always have had great care here with low wait times. Previously saw Dr Fred Meyer but I think he moved to another location and recently saw Nicole Tucker. Both were thorough and spent a lot of time with me. I don’t visit the Dr office that often.

I would avoid this practice. Aside from one wonderful nurse, Emily, every interaction that I had here was a negative one:* Scheduling / check-in team gave the impression that they were interrupted or bothered by our showing up to check-in each visit*My husband and I had the unfortunate experience of being seen by Dr. Angela Morris for our physicals. She was brash and crude. She spoke in broken, unintelligible Spanish to my Spanish-speaking husband. He would hear her and look to me to see what she was trying to say. She didn’t seem to pick up on the fact that she was not understandable and should speak in English. Her direction and word choice were patronizing and made us feel like children. But worse of all, she didn’t seem to listen. We could not finish explaining an issue before she jumped in and brushed it away with an elementary response. Her failure to listen was also made evident by the fact that we expressed we were coming in for a physical but our physicals were billed as visits and not physicals, costing us an extra $350; a mistake that neither Dr. Morris nor the WFBH billing office would remedy. And through the fact that she misdiagnosed me with appendicitis at a later date, unnecessarily sending me to the emergency room during a pandemic.Needless to say, we have left the practice and are avoiding future embarrassment and frustration. Please do yourself a favor and also steer clear of this place. The office building is new and beautiful but there is a reason that they are accepting new patients.

Very rude to patients. Especially the office manager. She talked down to me and made me feel very uncomfortable like I had disrupted her day. Approached me in a way that that was very demeaning. I have never been treated like this by a doctor in my life.

Easy to schedule. Treated professionally. Ms Tucker has an up to date and common sense approach

I love this medical facility for my primary care. Brian and Morgan have always been fantastic and dug into any medical concerns I have had and been extremely professional, and pleasant at every visit as have their nurses and other staff even at the front desk. I am so glad they are here in Lewisville and it only takes me a few minutes drive to get to from my home as well.

Dr. Joshi has been fantastic. She listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain everything to me in a way for me to understand. She makes me feel very comfortable when I see her. I would recommend her highly.
