Kidzcare Pediatrics Pc Lillington's Online Review Report Card

I live in Sanford 10 minutes from a kidz care. But I drive all the way to this lillington location. I told my husband that the lillington location is like heaven while the Sanford location is like stepping into Hell. This week in the midst of an emergency, (it was two days after my son hit his head and he started vomiting) I had to call the Sanford location and when I told them it seemed they cared more about a face mask than my kid, the replied with these exact words “your right, we do care more about a face mask.” So sad. This really broke my heart. 😭

Dr Bob is amazing!! Warm and friendly and great with kids. The front office ladies are super sweet and helpful. 10/10 love this place.

I can not say one bad thing about ANY KIdzcare Pediatrics! Lillington is our home, and they are our favorite. Lillington is always professional, informative, and I always walk in to a smile on the staffs faces. Plus, if we are ever really in need of an appointment and Lillington doesn't have one available, they will go out of their way to help me get an appointment at another kidzcare pediatrics. We have had great experiences at every kidzcare pediatrics we have visited. The doctors are patient, answer all my questions, and have a great bedside manner. SO thankful for Kidzcare Pediatrics!

Just had our son’s first check up today! The staff was great and respectful and Dr. Bob was amazing!

After years of taking my three children here, I called because my seven-year-old suddenly fainted. Without offering any direction or even asking my child's name or age I was informed they are too busy to see my child and I could come in a few weeks or I could call around and try to find elsewhere to go. They did not offer any advice on what I should do with my child in the meantime or show any concern. They did not suggest any other locations. I had to call back to request information on transferring my children to another facility and they informed me that I could pay them $15 per child to have their records released. If you are looking for a cold staff that doesn't care I highly recommend!

Dr Bob and Samantha are amazing providers! I consider this staff family. Always easy to get an appointment with flexible times(unless of course a provider is out)

Love this doctors office! They take such great care of my son every time we come in. The only problem I’ve had is with one of the receptionists (She may be new, I’ve never seen her), she has blonde hair, not sure of her name. She has an extremely nasty attitude and was very disrespectful. I did not appreciate the way she talked to me, acting like she was better than everyone else. Thankfully the other receptionist there was very kind and helpful.

They don’t answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for a long period of time. Just trying to make my baby a doc appointment. I changed her doctors and very disappointed with this doctor office

So I’m going to just lay it all out off the rip . First I’m a man , second I’m a brown man . Third I have a twins who are soon to be 3 . Don’t come out from the back room and fix your face to look at me with swearing eyes . When you see a man/father by himself you need to respect, if a father and if he needs help offer a hand . If you can help , or give me guidance. Don’t fix your face or eyes at me or my children. And keep your body language to yourself. The PA’s and MD’s my children see have always treated us kindly. However I’m not going to sit and be humiliated by the staff in this place over my children . Keeping in mind the facility’s business is all about kids health anyway . Peoples actions have consequences.

I absolutely love Dr Bob and Samantha, along with the rest of their staff!! They are always so friendly, welcoming, and get to the bottom of any issues either of my kids have. In the past I’ve dealt with dismissive doctors that don’t do thorough exams and they surpass all of that!! They are very thorough and listen to you. Thank you so much for being an amazing team for your patients!!
