I can't rate Dr. Killian on his knowledge as he didn't display any. Helpfulness was non existent . He never introduced himself, so perhaps he didn't know his name. He was not helpful & his question taker (name & position unknown) wasn't friendly. I will NEVER RETURN or Recommend!!!

I went there for the first time today. I had two toes amputated several months ago due to an accident and have been in severe pain for a few weeks now. After they worked on my feet I have been completely pain free all afternoon. I will continue going there in the future. I wish I could give 10 stars

1star as I can't give a 0. Billed $354.60 to cut my toenails in 5 minutes that my granddaughter can do with cheap clippers. He never examined my feet, asked any questions, like what brings you here today. He never told me who he was. He entered the room, and started cutting my toenails! As he left the room he said I'll see you in 10 weeks, as Medicare covers it. Since I went there to have a toe examined I thought the Dr. would follow the toe nail cutting guy. I was shocked to find out that HE WAS THE DOCTOR! The next day I had an inflamed toe & called. I got the answering machine and left a message for the on call Dr. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting.....NOT. Glad I am an RN and knows about incompetence. IF YOU ARE A DIABETIC, PLEASE.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I'm a prediabetic RN with a painful healing area at the nail area of my toe. The DPM never introduced himself, examined my feet, asked any questions or explained what he was going to do. He said "Hi", sat down & started cutting my nails. It took no more than 5 minutes. As he was leaving he stated "Medicare will pay for cutting nails every 10 weeks. I'll see you then". I asked "what now, (I'm expecting the Doctor to follow) this nail cutting tech guy & what about my toe? He stated that's all. I'll see you in 10 weeks. I cut the nail off that was bothering you. The next day my toe was painful. Upon inspection it appeared infected. I called, office closed. I pressed 4 as instructed for on call doctor to call me. I received a blank text from their #. I never received a call back. Sunday a lady @ church, a former patient stated they wouldn't call and told me about her problems with Dr. Kevin Killian & his practice. I rated 1 star because it was as low as possible. Definitely Not = 5 ??
