Kintegra Health's Online Review Report Card

Very caring and professional. They actually take time to listen to you. They treat you like a person not just another patient. The pharmacy is great as well. They sell me my prescription for $6 and the cheapest Icould find it at any other pharmacy was $900 a month. Kintegra pharmacy sells me a 3 month supply for $6. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Not enough time with patientsonly allow 15minutes with each.Its like Drs. want to tell you what is wrong with you instead of listening to you.Dr. didnt remember seeing me before.

The Doctors are science deniers. I can ask my doc about something to clear my skin at the expense of my liver and lymphatic system but I cant ask for hydrocodone derived from the natural source papaver somniferum REAL SCIENCE used for thousands of years. Then they ask me if I wanted to get THE shot fake science LIES. I cant depend on them to give me medicine for pain why would I trust anything else that they say do or believe. jude14

They disrespected my religious freedom of choice in what medication I choose is best for my body. They are to trusting in chemicals rather than a natural remedy that is frowned upon. I see their so called medical expertise is highly flawed and I have no choice but to be in charge of my own health as it is obvious that they do not have my best interest in mind. They also lied about not having a grievance form. This was not my first time here in regards to the same ailment. Twice they have failed me.

I previously visited this clinic about 6 months ago and it was a nightmare no one seemed to know what they were doing. One hispanic lady in the front was very rude with me. I am glad I didnt review Kintegra based off that visit. I went back last week and had the pleasure of dealing with some very sweet new faces that took care of everything i needed in order to complete my visit. From the front desk all the way through my visit with miss agatha it was a complete turn around. Very good Kintegra getting people who actually care for the community in this office.

This business is a joke. They play with your health and dont liesten too anything you tell them. I have only gotten worse and Ive been seeing them for years unfortunately due to no insurance. You never get anyone on the phone The front desk staff is very rude along with the doctors. They look down on people uninsured and dont take anything serious or liesten too your issues. On any given vist I have too wait two plus hours too be seen by a doctor for less than five minutes?? Do better Lincolnton This community needs doctors and healthcare professionals who enjoy taking care of others and will treat everyone with respect and like actuall human beings.

This place is a complete joke. My old doctor who was amazing left and now I have a new doctor who doesnt know what she is doing. I came in for a lump located on my body the size of a golf ball. She didnt run any tests or anything. She pressed down on the lump a few times and said I would need an ultrasound. It took a month to get that ultrasound. I showed up and the doctor ordered the wrong ultrasound. Ive been waiting and calling and they still havent gotten it right. You can imagine the anxiety I have scared of what this lump may be. They do not communicate at all. Then I called in my medication 3 days in advance and they still didnt have it ready when I came to pick it up. If you have other places you can go to go to them instead.
