Was there with a broken wrist from a fall. I was very impressed and pleased with the care and help I received. Everyone from the lady at the front desk to the nurses and xray tech were as nice and friendly and professional as could be. Nice caring place to go. Very thankful to have them in Louisburg.

I went here for back pain and the triage nurse was rude told me to stop wasting there time when she touched my back and I yelled she told me to stop playing they really need to close this place down or get rid of this nurse she was very rude and hateful I suffer from chronic sciatica pain and my back is swollen and I have a knot on my back i will never return to this place and neither will my family don’t go to this place run

I’m absolutely speechless. The experience I just had seemed like a real life nightmare .. how these people are considered doctors and nurses blows my mind... do NOT come here Make the drive to wake forest .

I stayed at the behavioral health part and it was HORRIBLE It felt like a straight up jail. Most of the staff were horrible. That place was such a joke. RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION FROM THIS PLACE They even got my information wrong at discharge. Worst place ever seriously a nightmare

Where do I even begin with this place.......run don’t walk run and keep running until you can either get to another hospital or an urgent care.......I will definitely avoid this place like the plague.......never to return again......

The staff cared more about going home than the patients. Waiting here for hours. Not one person has come to check since the shift change. Go anywhere else. No help here.
