My appointment was at 1:30 and it is now almost 4 and I have not seen a doctor yet. I have been sitting in this little tiny room for almost 2 hours.

Went there hoping to get perk tens and left out with only tramadil what kind of business are they running here so I got back I'm my 1987 Dotson and left

Sadly there wasn't a no star button. The lady at the desk was a pleasure. The doctor Munez or whatever her name is, is horrible and straight out told me she had no sympathy for my situation because I took bc powders, advice, and ibuprofen for pain. Nothing else in my system. She said she wasn't comfortable giving me my pain meds because I couldn't control taking bc powders and ibuprofen! She's a joke. I would not recommend thos facility

I was in the room waiting on the doctor for like 3 hours she was the only doctor there I have lots of medical conditions in then she did all this examination in then look at me in say I dont meet the criteria for opioid. All my paperwork is legit in shows all the reasons I should be on opioid. She does this to me all time it's like she finding a reason not to get them to me for one she is very rude in disrespectful I tried showing her my upto date sugeries she just push them to the side like I was nothing she is such narcissist i

Every time I bring my grandmother to her appointment we are always 15 minutes early and she still has to wait over an hour to be seen.

Arrived a half hour before appointment checked in done all the paperwork asasked Waited over 1 hour after appointment time Still no Doctorhad come to waiting room Was told 3 times the Doctor will be right with you My girlfriend was in pain and anxiety due to medical issues decided to leave after such a long wait time Let the front desk that we needed to leave due to pain And anxiety All they said was OK We feel that it is not about the Patient at this establishment
