I stopped at the ER here for my 2 year old son, on a Friday afternoon at 4pm.We were passing through from out of town, so I was very nervous about going to an ER I was unfamiliar with, but unfortunately my son couldn't wait longer.It was honestly a fantastic ER experience (if that is even possible!). My son was in so much pain but every nurse, tech, and doctor was as kind as could be. I was amazed that there was no wait when we walked in, they were able to take us right back.Within a 3.5 hour time span we walked in, got an x-ray, ultrasound, blood work, urinalysis, made sure he could keep down food & fluids, and sent us back on our way.A wait for arrivals had grown by the time we left at 7:30pm (not sure how long it was), but the check-in staff was still very friendly and took a second to tell us good-bye and ask how my son was doing.I will say, I'm a little spoiled when it comes to hospitals and ERs, it was my first experience with a shared room and the infrastructure is definitely not new, but it was clean, everyone we interacted with was awesome, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if we find ourselves in need in that area again.

Legal immunity.Don't go here these people lie and hold you aginst your will. They lied that my niece sprayed chem for me to sit in toadult protective. All liesCase dismissed they found out untrue . Now trying to get out of this horrible place. He died 10 1 2020 in hosp. Mistreated

I have never in my life left a hospital in the middle of being seen, but I did tonight. These people are completely disrespectful, rude and dismissve.

Been here since 12:30 it's going on 5:30 and I'm still waiting to be seen

Sat in the waiting room for 6 hours before my son was seen. It took them 2 minutes to glue the small gash in his chin. We did not get home until 4am. They staff has no care in the world whether your kids are tired or not. Saw staff bringing out chairs and not wiping them down. Floors were NASTY. 1 lady had been there for 13 hours! I know they're busy with all the covid BS going on right now but they can really do better!

Some staff members make it apparent that they are only there for a paycheck and are rude to patients and their family members. My family and I tend to go down to Dillon for care due to this
