Dr. Weisner was charismatic, caring, and thoroughly explained what was going on. It's rare to have this experience with a doctor.

I had waited 30 minutes to change my appointment time, very frustrated. I will wait longer now to cancel my appointment. I do not understand why is taking so long, if they are at lunch they should leave a recording for such, if they do not have enough personnel they should hired more employees.

While I have not met the physician himself,my husband has seen him. However, I can tell you that it is the worst managed medical practice I've witnessed since I've lived in the Charlotte area. My husband had a very urgent urinary condition 1 week ago and his primary care physicians office sent an URGENT referral to this office. It took them thru a weekend plus to try and contact him. He ended up calling them and had to wait 50 minutes in voicemail hell for someone to answer the phone only to tell him they couldn't get him in for more than 2 months! He was insistent and so they got him in with a PA the following week. While I waited in the waiting room for him, I saw 2 different patients come in to refill prescriptions because they couldn't get thru on the phone and another that came in for an appt. and was told they didn't show an appt. for him to which he said he had a message from them indicating the appt. AND it was the second time they did this to him. He walked out. What a mess of an office and the receptionist was often rude! I'd try another urology office if I were you!

Dr. Weisner did my surgery and I highly recommend him. His office staff was great as well.

Been a patient of Dr Weisner for over 10 years and would go nowhere else. Had bladder stone surgery and BPH symptoms, which requiring simple robotic surgery a couple years later. Could not be happier with the staff at Urology Specialists of the Carolinas. Dr Weisner and Dr Yau have both done surgeries on me. The P.A.s, nursing staff and the quality of the aftercare is top notch. You know you are dealing with terrific doctors and P.A.s when the nurses in the hospital all rave about how great they are and how nice they are to work with.

Receptionist very nice.Dr. Weisner is the best. Highly recommend to my friends.

Dr. Wiesner would be the last doctor I would recommend someone to. He’s the only doctor I’ve ever seen that literally could care less. He comes to me the day of my procedure and tells me and my wife it’s good to see me again when I never got to meet or even talk him until the day of the procedure. When my wife and I mentioned we’d never met him before (we had met with his PA who recommended the procedure) then he laughed it off. I was in excruciating pain after my procedure to the point I almost passed out. When I went back in to complain about the pain he yells at me and tells me to calm down. Thanks for the sympathy Doc. Total Jerk!

I have never been mistreated and disrespected as a patient as i was at this Doctor's office. I didn't get to see the Doctor despite being in acute pain. The receptionist told me that i would not be seen by the doctor. Her explanation was that i had a balance of $24.00 that i need to pay before being seen. I explained that i shouldn't have any balance, and any event i didn't have the money they were asking. They didn't care that i was in pain, have taking time off from work, have health insurance in place, or anything else. All the cared about was to collect $24 from me. The receptionist refused to cal out any person in charge at the office. She claimed the office manager was on a conference call. She refused to call the doctor. I doubt i will ever go back to this place. The receptionist and office manager need to be replaced, or at least retrained. Feel so disrespected. I sense prejudice was a factor.

Dr Weisner is only interested keeping his waiting room filled, I had a condition where I was developing E-coli because of not effectively emptying my balder. His recourse was antibiotics for two years coming in once a month. A nightly use of a catheter would have worked wonders for me or a green laser treatment, instead, in essence Dr Weisner did nothing but make my condition worse. Obviously he is only interested with the payment he can take to the bank. My recommendation it won't be hard to find a better doctor. bc his is a ...
