I walked in to my appointment and was immediately asked if I had a mask to wear. I stated that medically I can not wear a mask the entire duration of my time in the office. That if they had a separate area I could wait in I would be happy to do so or wait outside of the office until they were ready for me to prevent me needing to have it on for such a long period of time. I was immediately told I would not receive care. I was then greeted by a supervisor with a nasty attitude who said she could discriminate against me. Wow, medical discrimination when I politely stated I would be happy to wait in a designated area as to not expose others to any potential infection I could have until the medical staff was ready for me. This has to stop. It should not be this difficult for someone with a medical exemption to receive proper medical care. I will be filing a formal complaint as well for the sake of others enduring this humiliation in front of a waiting room full of people.

Walk-in for spine X-ray, staff was very friendly. Lady at the front desk explained all the needed paperwork, waited less then 10 minutes in waiting room before being called back by tech. Once back the tech was very polite and thorough!

Considering a visit to a facility like this typically means something has gone wrong, I was less than thrilled to have to make the trip. The staff was MARVELOUS! They were upbeat & friendly, & made me feel much better in a fairly stressful situation. From the gals at the front desk to the technicians with the CT Scanner, they were all great. Although I hope to never have to see any of them again in this kind of scenario, I'd like to be friends we each & every one of them. High-5's & hugs for everyone! Thank you very much for great service!

Waited over an hour past appointment time. I went up to the front desk but they didn't seem to care. People who had later appointments for the same test were taken back and had already left before being called back. The front staff was very rude.

The staff during my visit was friendly and professional. The billing was a nightmare. One digit in my address was entered into their system incorrectly. Instead of calling me when my bill (which was sent to the wrong address) was never paid, they hired a debt collector to come after me.I can't imagine how that's more cost effective for them than a simple phone call to clear up their own mistake. Frankly, I don't care. For me it was completely needless hassle and stress. If at all possible, I will do everything I can too avoid using them again. They clearly don't care about their customers if they'd rather throw them to the hounds than make a simple phone call.
