Always fast service! Today was not as good as previous visits. Door was locked at opening and sign said to call from car. Tried calling for several minutes and just got automated recording saying they were closed. But, it was past the opening time. Went back up and door was unlocked and patients were there. Once checked in it was smooth!

Very friendly staff. Check in was quick and simple. About a 15 minute wait. The DEXA procedure went well, was painless, and no human being was injured (me) so all is good.

They are caring, compassionate and immensely proficient. A great group of personnel in both Monroe and Matthews. Take care of yourself and schedule a mammogram 🙏💜🙏

This was my first mammogram so didn’t really know what to expect. The hours are great didn’t need to take time off work and everyone was informative and very pleasant.

I have been getting mammograms for 12 years and this was the best ever. It did not hurt at all. I will be back yearly. All the staff are so kind.

There isn't anything redeeming about Charlotte Radiology.No one called to schedule my scan after my doctor sent the referral (was told someone would call), so I called myself. I was on hold for about 20 minutes then sent to voicemail. After waiting over a week for a call back, I called again to schedule. This time I was able to get through.It has now been a month since my scan... but the results haven't been sent to me or my doctor. I called a week ago and was told that they are "backed up".... uhhh by a MONTH?! The results from this particular scan take about 2 days to process just about anywhere else. A month wait (and counting..) is completely inexcusable. Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere. No one here has any worth ethic and there isn't anyone to hold them accountable.

I have been coming here for a few years. This location is not extremely busy so I am always able to get in and out in under 30 minutes. The front desk staff was very helpful in answering any questions.
