Don't go to them. Apparently they are a franchise that is is only about making money, not listening to the patient & trying to schedule all other kinds of services when you are in there trying to get an emergency fix. I went to Friendly Dental Group of Siskey, Mathews, NC as a brand-new patient. I just wanted them to fix or create a new bridge & then I'd be happy to come back in to have all my teeth x-rayed & cleaned. Well apparently, that didn't suit them & they sent their "big gun" into school me, who apparently is a "roving project manager" for Friendly Dental, Waverly Dental (DO NOT GO TO THEM!) & I suppose other dental companies. WOW, see further details I posted in Yelp under RUN from Waverly Dental & Dr. Matthews on the nightmare experience I had with them. Apparently, the "roving project manager" serves Dr. Matthews' Waverly Office as well. He told me Dr. Matthews was a great dentist. Really? What experience or role does a "roving project manager" (and I do have experience as a Project Manager), have to do with being argumentative with a new patient about her experience with another dentist & dental company? After he scolded me repeatedly, I stated I wasn't comfortable being a patient there & left. I did not know or remember the "roving project manager" name. Since, I didn't want to have them ever work on my teeth, I asked him would I be charged for the x-ray of the teeth the bridge covered & he said no. After, I left I realized I wanted to get his name, in case they did charge me, I'd know who to contact. Friendly's staff, to include the Manager, wouldn't give me his name. I asked them to ask him to provide it to me. Crickets... Never heard back from him. Yea, perhaps they should add Trustful, & Ethical to Friendly. RUN from both Friendly & Waverly Dental. I now have a great dentist. I'm going to the NC State Board of Dentist to make a formal complaint at https://www.ncdentalboard.org/contact.htm against Waverly.

Friendly Dental is fantastic! Scheduling is convenient and easy and Annette is an amazing hygienist. Everyone IS really friendly and professional!
