Gregory Busse's Online Review Report Card

We have been patients of Dr. Busse since soon after he joined the practice. He is an absolutely PHENOMENAL doctor and a very kind compassionate person. We have never felt rushed during our appointment, and he always has time to listen to what we have to say. . .even to laughing at my husband's corny jokes. His diagnoses have always been spot on, and is he always quick to respond to a phone call or secure message. I almost hesitate to write such a good review, because it gets increasingly harder to get an appointment - but, it would be unfair of me to not share my knowledge of Dr. Busse with those that need his expertise.

In my opinion the worst doctors I've experienced. Seems to only care about money and overcharging for poor service. Had an appointment due to a medical concern in January 22 and as I was checking in with a very rude front office person I was told I needed to pay on a bill from a visit a couple weeks prior. I informed the woman that I had just received the bill two days before and was going to dispute it. It was $267 for a video visit that lasted only less than 10 minutes. I asked her to look at my history to realize I have always paid on time and have never been late. She did not help in any way, did not review my history and informed me I had pay something, I ended up speaking with the office manager who was no better. During the time I called my wife to get details on the bill and mentioined the harrassment I was getting and the office manager overheard and asked me to leave. I missed my appointment and did not get my concern addressed. I sent a online note to Busse and never got a response. Terrible expereince from someone who I believe is in the wrong line of work. Instead of helping people he should probably be a debt collector. If you care about your health I would not recommend Busse or Tryon Medical.

Dr. Greg Busse is one of the finest clinicians I have had the pleasure to meet. His working command of medical knowledge is remarkable. Additionally, his bedside manner is the best anywhere. I have carefully chosen Dr. Busse as the internist for my family members, myself and many of my own patients. He has my highest confidence and my strongest recommendation.

He had great reviews, I knew a patient of his but on the day I saw him I was nothing more than an annoyance., even the nurse was anxious.

I have had Dr. Busse as Primary Care Dr. for several years. I appreciate his listening and compassionate care. I also appreciate his sense of humor! I believe he has made a medical team change because of his desire for a strong patient/doctor relationship; and I am glad, very glad, I have him as my Primary Care Physician.

When he found me in assisted living, recuperating from intense surgery/septic poisoning, he asked some questions; the next visit, he'd done his research and knew hoe to treat me. 6 years later, I'm his patient forever. He listens and scours his brain for an idea to help me improve. Vera

I was delighted to "find" Dr. Busse. He has been a great caregiver for me, since I am one of those that likes to interact with health care providers, and he will take the time to offer insights, often with the assistance of a sketch pad. He has great manners and he is very warm. i look forward to a long term relationship with this warm and caring doctor. He's got me reading about my cardiac care and diet as well.

Dr. Busse was very informative and was willing and gave me good advice regarding my condition.

Very sharp, compassionate, and easy going. He reviews everything and takes his time to answer questions. Excellent doctor with terrific staff and nice practice overall.

Dr. Busse is very easy going and takes his time to make me feel comfortable. Gets back tome when I write or call him.
