I was very pleased with Dr. Holl's professionalism during my visit as a new patient. She is an attentive listener, she is thorough and detailed when explaining her diagnosis of my medical condition and treatment needed so I fully understood and was not confused.

The entire experience with Dr. Holl was fine. Very personable and took the time to answer any questions I may have regarding the pending surgery. However, when leaving and being told that my charge was over $300 (I’d spent less than 15 minutes from the time I walked into the office) and asking what exactly it was I was paying for; it quickly went south. “Because I haven’t met my deductible.” Ok, that’s why I’m paying out of pocket, not answering “what service am I paying for?” Then as part of the latter question, I added, “this is the charge for a 5 minute consultation?” You would have thought I was the one trying to take their hard earned money!! Got nothing but a aggravating attitude!! Why should I not have the right to inquire and understand exactly what I’m paying for?!!
