I saw Dr Moss in December of 2019 for a deviated septum. After a brief exam and him peeking up my nose with a very expensive camera, the surgical procedure was schedule for later in December. The results of my procedure: chronic nosebleed for the next two years and the septum still blocked the right side of my nose. Due to COVID, it took until this year to get back in to see Dr Moss. My first question for him was: do you have a warranty program? He laughed. I didn’t. When I explained to him that I still couldn’t breathe through my right nostril and I was getting chronic nose bleeds on the left side, he examined me again. His findings: a blood vessel was exposed on the left side and I had a little bit of blockage on the right side. A little bit of blockage? (The doctor who correctly fixed my septum recorded it as 90% blocked) Dr Moss use a chemical to cauterize the blood vessel he exposed in the original surgery. He then explained I would need a different type of surgical procedure to fix my septum and referred me to another doctor in his practice. The “expert” surgeon spent about 1 minute of the 8 minutes he was in the room examining me and he was ready to schedule a surgical procedure. I opted to go to CornerStone ENT to get a second opinion. Glad I did. WAY better customer service. Doctors who spend time going over options. Doctors who perform CT scans to actually look at all the variables that affect breathing issues. I would recommend CornerStone over CEENTA every day of the week. If you want great personal care and competent work go to cornerstone. If you want to feel like an open wallet and feel rushed through evaluations and procedures, then CEENTA is the place for you.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Moss. My baby girl is a year old and saw him for tubes. In the office she kept taking her shoe off and throwing it on the ground and he picked it up Everytime and put it back on her foot.he was great with her. Seems silly but that right there told me he cared. He was so genuine, kind and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable with him doing her procedure. She had her surgery last Friday and again, he was just great! So personable and put this mommas heart at ease and even joked around with with me. I really wish he was a PCP so we could see him all the time for our wellness visits! Anytime we need something of his scope of practice, we will see him. I will recommend him to everyone. Dr. Moss is professional, kind, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable and he answers every allergy and sinus concern I have. I can tell he truly loves his job as well as appreciates his patients.

I loved how he assisted my husband with professionalism and dedication. I love the way he takes care of the patient and clearly explains everything we need to know, he is very careful when doing the injection, it shows that he likes his profession , In my opinion,he does it very well, he makes you feel no stress in the way he attend you, if I have to come to this place again , I would always return with him , he is the kind of doctor who makes your stress and worries about the disease disappear while you are in the consultation. Even thought I did not have time to find out information about him when I made the appointment, my husband was lucky because I chose this doctor, if I had to suggest a doctor who take care of ears to someone, SURELY it will be him , sorry for my mistakes , I don’t speak English fluently

Dr Moss is a great Doctor. He listens and goes the extra mile to get you on the path to healing. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Moss was welcoming and immediately put me at ease. His temperament and tone are second to none. Highly recommend him. My wife and kids go to him as well.
