I had to visit the ER this week and was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the staff was. I usually dread the ER but all staff put me at ease and really showed that they cared. Special thanks to the team working on the yellow side of the ER..cant remember names due to my anxiety at the time but they were amazing. Our hospitals need more staff like these
The worst ER in the city. If you come with a bigger problem than the next person AND been waiting almost 6hrs so far best believe a person who has waited an hour with a lesser problem will get a room while youre left to wait more hours until they feel like you deserve to get a room now. Novant hospitals are notorious for this. I came in at 9am to the ER. I was skipped over time and time again left to wait until 3pm to finally be seen once I almost raged out. They kept saying I was next but kept calling others to be seen by a doctor. Idk why Novant nurses and staff love to do this. They had rooms open when I did get back. Their were like 4 rooms open in the new area and they a waiting room full of people. They truly just dont wanna work hard. They wanna take care as few patients as possible at a time no matter how long they make other sick people wait. What an utterly ridiculous ER experience.
My wife has been with you for nearly two weeks. Today was the worst experience. She was sitting in her own feces for nearly two hours before they came and cleaned her. One nurse told my wife she is not the only patient in this hospital and if she wanted more attention she should go private . Wow
Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Highly recommended facility.
The wait to be seen is unreal and you should be prepared to stay for 6 to 8 hours. Disgusting experience and I will definitely go to Atrium from this point forward.
Took my uncle to the ER today and wait was long as usual but Nurses Karen Beth and Christina and Social worker Alexis in the Yellow area did a great job at being attentive and kind So much appreciated these days.
DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL NOT EVEN FOR YOUR ANIMALS They had my dad sitting from 4 pm to 130 am. I get the shortage on nurses and staff but this treatment is ridiculous. I have called to complain twice have heard from no one. I will be writing CEO My dad had a bone marrow transplant 8 years ago he can’t sit with sick people If I could give 0 star I would
Never go here .. .. you will not get a room unless you are already dead.... this is the worst hospital ever.... if you are close to dying or really sick you will be waiting in the waiting room for 24hrs or more...please choose a different hospital
Had my first baby at the Women’s Center on Wednesday My husband and I were extremely grateful for the amazing nurses and doctors on staff who helped us during our two days there. I would like to shout out Doctor Boster and Nurse Ally who took care of me through my labor and for a period of time afterwards. They were amazing
My husband was admitted on Tuesday afterhaving very low oxygen. He was tended to immediately upon entering. From the receptionist in the ER to each tech nurse doctor people who deliver the meals and specialist that he has encountered they have all been amazing You all have helped to care for him updated me as needed but most importantly you are all kind Please know that you are appreciated and I will forever pray for each of you as you continue your veryImportant jobs. May you all be blessed

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
