Had the same experience as another person on here. I showed up for my 2pm appointment today at 158…had already completed all my paperwork online. There wasn’t anyone else in the waiting room prior to me arriving. However because I wasn’t there 15 minutes before my appointment they wanted to reschedule me. It would have been helpful if they would have told me about this zero tolerance policy prior to my appointment. I’ve never experienced this at any other medical office. I won’t be returning.

I had an appointment and everyone was very nice and courteous from Lana in the front desk to Dr Lindsey was very great. And everyone else too that I didnt remember the names.

Dr.. Carlson is absolutely knowledgeable and caring her nurse Jackie is amazing as well. The entire staff is professional and kind and that is needed in this day and time.They LISTEN to you and keep you posted with your care. I absolutely love Dr Carlson

Wow. I didnt know Novant had a location in Mint Hill. My first visit was with a patient in the Covid ICU. The assistant at the checkin desk was kind and helpful. When I got up to the floor the staff there were kind and helpful as well. I felt welcomed. As I visited numerous staff members came in to check on the patient and on the visitors as well. The hospital was clean and orderly and I felt safe during my visit. This is a rather small hospital that provides patient and friendly service. Thank you.

made an appointment almost 2 months ahead of time arrived 30 min early they stated that the doctor was off the entire week They could not even find my appointment the scheduler most have made a mistake they said that was it BEWARE they are not very processional

Abandon all hope ye who enter here. Have a dog bite to my face and bleeding for two and a half hours. While others arriving later zipped right back.
