Faye is an incredible esthetician. I have tried different estheticians over many years and never received the results I have since I started treatments with Faye. I am 42 years old and since being under her care I am given compliments about my skin and youthful appearance. I would not go to anyone else. She is very professional and wants the best for her clientele.  Quite an artist. I am so happy with my skin now.

I have been going to Dr. Ferrari for years and cant say enough positive things about him and his entire staff     They do excellent work     I absolutely love Jodie   She is so sweet  extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure you are comfortable when getting Dysport and fillers.   I had many questions when deciding to do injectables and she answered them all to achieve the natural look I wanted.   I recommend this  place to all my friends   Premier is the best

The nurses are great  Very helpful and friendly. Just be sure to ask a lot of questions and not expect a lot of chit chat from the Dr. I am so happy with the results of my lift and reduction. I turn 50 next month. I didnt want them to look like a 20 year old but wanted them put back where they used to be. They look very natural and the scaring at 2 12 months is minimal.  I did follow the instructions to a T though.  The recovery was a lot faster than I expected. Once the drain tubes are out after about a week its nothing

Front desk Robin very rude hateful and unprofessional. Her name should actually be Karen. Someone please retrain her and teach her very important people skills and courtesy.

Make sure you pay off your balance as soon as you can They will call you several time a week about your payment.

I have had a very good experience with my 360 skin removal surgery I had on January the 4th. I am ahead of schedule due to Dr Ferraris experptise. I had my surgergy based on my wifes experince with the same surgery plus her arms and legs surgery. We researched doctors across the country when we lived in Hawaii in 2018. We flew from Hawaii for a consult and went with him over a doctor in HollwoodCA. We flew 5000 miles twice to get surgeries with DR. Ferrari over all the other doctors we researched across the country. People here in the Charlotte area should be glad and happy they have the best doctor in the country right here in your own back door. I would give him ten stars if I could. If you are thinking about any kind of plastic surgery do not hesitate a minute. Give them a call. They are the nicest people you will ever meet. Place is horrible. Discharge nurse gave us wrong instructions on pain medication after surgery . Worst thing ever happened that after they discharged my son who had a knee surgery we went back home to find out that they forgot to disconnect the IV tube from his arm and kept It connected to his vein under his sweatshirt which they put back on while he was still under anesthesia and before allow us to get back in to check on him so we didn’t see it till we went back home and had to take it out ourselves which is so dangerous but we didn’t have any other choice .

Had hand surgery 101920 and had an excellent experience. From preop staff check in the nursing staff the anesthesiology and AWESOME surgeon Marcus Briones MD. No complaints about this facility at all. Great being able to do it at on OP center instead of the hospital.
