If you cannot schedule an appt. via the Portal, don't even try to call them. You will sit on the phone listening to music for ever and then it will disconnect you. There is no way to get a human. Don't try leaving a message - they will never call you back. Really pathetic. The doctors and their staff are great. However, administrative requests go into the black hole as well. You are told they will follow up within x days and you don't hear from them for weeks, or months.
Two visits here this week. First time had a great nurse. Second time had a horrible, completely horrible nurse. Honestly cannot recommend visiting here as you or your loved one might get nurse Bree. Sad, just sad. Avoid nurse Bree at at costs. Horrible caregiver.
Workers are very nice. Billing is annoying. Originally they quoted me a price and every week it seemed to be more and more added on. Then they call looking for the money when it’s paid in full. They don’t even update their systems. Would be nice if they actually called to see how you faired. Dirty rugs in the waiting room. With all they charge you think they replace the filthy rug.
The surgical center was good. But the billing is horrid. They quote you one price I understand that may just be a estimate. Even though they said it was paid in full! Then when you get the real bill and try paying in three parts since the real bill ended up beening a thousand more,They keep calling you. I told them we will pay in three payments as I have been, then they harass you every day after agreeing to the three parts. The numbers for billings goes to a voicemail only. What's really sad is you need to rest and not be dealing with nonsense after a surgery. I rather pay more and have it in a hospital. Not happy!
Everyone at this facility was first class. I could never ask for a more professional dedicated caring staff, from the doctor on down. They all were great. Thanks to you all.
Everyone has been super kind during my long progress with my severe wrist fracture! Dr.Lewis & PA. Miller have been wonderful with my surgery’s & follow ups . Rebekah McMillen in PT has been awesome working with me during therapy . It’s been & still a long recovery time.
Thank you all so much!! Having back surgery is very stressful, but each of you went out of your way to ease my anxiety. Amazing team!
Had my shoulder surgery today. This was the nicest experience I could have had. Thank you all so much!!
13 yr old son treated here for wrist fracture sustained during club soccer game. Excellent service, quick, efficient, friendly, professional. 5 star
Beware! if you want to be dehydrated ,have a kidney infection , lose 15 lbs. in 1 week ,have your leg facture , go to the ER 2 times in 3 days after the operation, unable to bend your leg after the operation . Well come to the ortho Carolina Matthews ! That is exactly what happened to me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
