Dr. Yau was excellent with my surgery of removing a tumor from my kidney. He was very nice and talked with my fiance after surgery and let her know how everything went and reassured her that I was doing okay.

He is the worst urologist,I never seen in my life, no mercy just leave you hanging, don't know what to do.

I went into surgery thinking that I was losing a kidney because of the location of my tumor but Dr.Yau assured me that he would only take what was necessary. I still have 80 %of my kidney and the tumor is gone. Dr.Yau is an amazing surgeon and excellent doctor ❤️

I saw two Urologists for my mother who wouldn't listen to her, or seem to care about what procedures would be best for her. Also, they wouldn't keep her on antibiodics to fight infection. Dr. Yau was so caring, compassionate, and is an honest, genuine doctor. He was completely truthful about how the procedures effect the body. He even called her himself to check on her. He is very thorough, kept her from infection, and gave her hope that all is well. Thank you Dr. Yau and your staff!

I am a 65 year old male and in my years I have never met a more impersonal, borderline arrogant doctor. Also, in keeping with the other review, it was the most PAINFUL experience I have ever had and I will be in no hurry to return. Secondly, the office was full of workers that were constantly laughing and cackling like they were on holiday. The unprofessionalism is mind boggling! People are sick! the last thing anybody wants to hear is a bunch of people acting like juveniles. And last but not least, waiting for you for the better part of 1-1/2 hours is unacceptable at best in this scary time! maybe the juveniles can do a better job of scheduling and leave the unprofessionalism for after business hours?? I believe that I will take my cancer elsewhere. Just Sayin

WASN'T very friendly... As soon as he came in and introduced himself he immediately told me I needed to lose weight. This is while I'm in position to be examined. My very first time seeing a urologist so I was nervous. The procedure to check my bladder was very painful and the Dr. Had no compassion!! Its been probably almost 8 months ago or more and the encounter I had with him still bothers me emotionally!
