I was treated by Dr. Rao for cataracts. She took plenty of time to patiently answer my many questions. Dr. Rao helped me with expectations of my vision after cataract procedures. I opted for monovision (one eye for distance, one for close vision, so no need for glasses). Just to be sure, I tried monovision with contacts. In my opinion there's not a better opthalmologist to be found. She is takes time to explain what is going on to make you feel comfortable. Also I feel she is very competent.

Dr. Rao is great. She took her time to explain the cataract removal orocess and I look forward to having better vision. I would recommend Dr. Rao to anyone who is having any issues with their eyes.

I have been seeing Dr. Rao for over a year, since losing vision in my left eye. Dr. Rao and her staff have given me the most excellent care I could have wanted. I do not hesitate to recommend her services. She is thorough, while being very patient with me when explaining what needs to be done. I am blessed to have been referred to her and know she will make only the best decisions in my treatment.

Been going to Dr.Rao for about a month now and she is just the sweetest! Very professional, explains in detail what needs to be done ( to where I can understand it ). Don’t feel pressured or hurried on my visits. And her staff is great also! You can’t go wrong seeing Dr. Rao!
