Had an appointment scheduled for about 2 weeks, scheduled it through CaroMont website which had me select this location. Received a confirmation phone call a few days prior. Day of appointment I get a phone call saying I’m not permitted to receive care at this location and would have to schedule an appointment with my original practice in Belmont. If this was the case why did the CaroMont website direct me to this location and why was this just noticed on the day of appointment? Now I’m out a whole days work for there screw up.

The nurse practitioner is very rude and judgemental. She got very belligerent with me over the vaccine when I said I was waiting for full FDA approval, as it's as much about the preservation of life as it is doing your part to protect others. I'm a minister. I told her until then I would put it in God's hands. She seriously looked me in the eye and said "not if you're going to a neurologist and taking meds!" I was at a loss for words. I find this very unethical and offensive to my religious beliefs and rights. I have no problem with taking a safe and effective vaccine, but to be as rude, vehement, and down right judgmental should not be tolerated. I would now rather die in agony than to ever let her provide for me again.

Very nice and helpfull staff, Doctors there Care about You and your health. Doc Wesley saved my life from being eat up from Cancer, listend to my problem, seen a prob, sent me to the rite people that found i had throat cancer Early and Cured it so far 4 yrs. And Will Not wright you meds that you dont Need. Great job EVERYONE at caromont Family Med that is also like Family.

I got there at 11:40 for my appointment and I got asked covid questions then went to the front to check in. Now it is 11:42 and the lady seriously canceled my appointment for 11:40 over 2 mins?????

Can not talk to any of Medical Staff on the phone. Have to leave a voice mail and they MIGHT get back to you in 2 days. The front desk has been instructed to send all calls to medical staff which requires to leave a voice mail. I have never had an issue with talking to someone at a doctor office until now.
