List of Mebane Medical Clinic's Reviews
This place is terrible totally uncaring and downright rude. They are more interested in looking at their computer than they are looking at the patient all about getting you on some sort of perscription rather than trying to help you.
I love my physician at this practice however after starting here two years ago multiple situations have arose that have me looking for another primary physician. Firstly I am now being required to go in twice a year for a low dose Zoloft prescription instead of just once. They said its always been like that but I didnt have to do that for the first two years there. I flew under the radar they told me and I would now be required to come in which I think is ludicrous but is apparently a government reporting requirement or some other hoopla. Secondly I was debating on changing a prescription to a quarterly shot and called to get more information on billing and that process and was told that they dont provide the actual shots they dont have any in stock. Why suggest something when you dont even have the medications to do it? Im not going to magically somehow bring the medications to you. They only reason it isnt getting a one star is because I love Dr. Jones. She is very understanding and easy going.

TERRIBLE I was told that the practice was accepting new patients. I signed up for an appointment for which I needed to wait for one month to be seen. One week before my appointment I received a call to say that the doctor was taking some time off and needed to reschedule my appointment to TWO MONTHS later Not good service for a brand new patient. Oh and none of the other doctors were available either. Terrible service. Happy to look for a doctor who actually places a priority on patient care

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
