I love Dr. T and her staff. Office is very clean. Staff is so friendly and kind. As a person who doesn't like going to the dentist, I actually look forward to my appointments. I love my dentist.

Nice facility, most people are kind and when I had treatment there they helped me a lot because I get sick when I get anesthesia. The only downside I would say is the way some of the ladies look at me when I come in and most times they allllways mention something about my clothes. One time I told them I work from home and someone commented about how people don't dress up when they go out places.... I wore a short and sweatshirt, then I got looked at up and down for wearing shorts and a tank where my butt was fully covered, you thought I was wearing see through clothing the way I was looked at... makes me feel very uncomfortable honestly and thinking about maybe changing practices. Other than that okay establishment, just maybe a reminder to focus on patient care rather than looks. Thank you for your help!

Young ladies at the front desk are AWESOME! Always greeted with a smile and some jokes.

Dentist Trendowski was not friendly or personable. She did not take the time to explain anything and took 3 seconds before saying I needed something done. The hygienist and dental assistant were very nice. They have a front desk lady that also sees patients (might also be a DA?) at the same time which I have never seen before. This place has really gone downhill. I used to like coming here but I cannot trust their judgement any more. I ended up making an appointment for an exam at a different practice. I will say my boyfriend goes here as well (will not be going back since they are out of network for him now) and he said they are overly friendly with him, I’m assuming since it’s a majority women staff lol. Update: got a second opinion and guess what…I do not need to have any work done. Always go with your gut feeling. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I scheduled a routine cleaning online and promptly completed all requested forms, including insurance and contact information. Despite that, I was contacted multiple times before the appointment asking for the same details and to reconfirm information I had already provided. I even had to personally follow up, twice, with my previous dentist to send X-rays. On the day of my appointment, the office doors were still locked just minutes before opening, with a crowd of patients waiting outside. Once inside, I was told my X-rays hadn’t been received and that I would need to pay out of pocket for new ones. After pushing back and contacting my previous dentist again, the X-rays finally came through, making that request unnecessary. I was then taken back, asked to repeat the same intake answers AGAIN, and eventually and briefly examined by the dentist, who had no concerns. I was sent to another room for the cleaning, only to be told there were no hygienists available. After paying a copay and spending 1 hour and 40 minutes there, I still did not receive the cleaning I scheduled. The only rescheduling options were later that same day or months out. This office is disorganized, inefficient, and showed a complete lack of respect for my time. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you expect a straightforward, professional visit.
