New to NC.Made a 2Pm appt and gps takes a detour and end up showing up at their facility at 207 now I take the elevator to 2nd floor now it’s 208..Front desk Daisey is her name tells me they have me as a no show and argues with me that they don’t see anyone after ten mins late and cancelled my appointment and nothing til Nov 19.I have anxiety and need to see a doctor as I have no doctor out here but they still couldn’t see me.she says after 10mins late they don’t see patients they reschedule when I was 8 mins late..there literally all jokes aside was no one in the waiting room and it was dark.I was the only one in there …🤦🏻♀️as a new patient with anxiety I feel they could have seen me.i have neighbors and family that told me not to come here and now I see why.I will be cancelling an upcoming appointment of my husbands as we found a doctor in chapel hill that was able to squeeze us into an upcoming appointment together and they were so pleasant .This place in Mebane primary careis a joke and no I do not want to hear a pity reply from management or apology.hopefully someone reconsiders coming here.you guys are a joke.someone is in your office needing to see a doctor to see why she gets anxiety and you turn them down so you can maybe have your lunch because the office was dark and not one person besides me in the waiting room..everything happens for a reason .I was not meant to come here.

Beyond furious because they would not let me go back with my son. He is 18 however he was in an accident and completely nervous and shaken. He has never gone through anything like this on his own before. I don’t care how old he is you won’t keep a mother from being there for her child. We don’t have covid. We had the stupid vaccines and we’ve been sitting in the waiting room with EVERYONE else. So explain to why I can’t sit with my child because he is nervous. The accident was bad enough and now you’re making his stress even more by not allowing his mother to be with him Nurses completely rude about the situation

Go ANYWHERE other than here Nobody but a secretary at the front Went here with a crush injury to the foot and the women wouldnt give us the time of day or more importantly get a provider who can care for an emergency. Completely rude and uncaring We had to leave and go elsewhere ...
