Self paid. They were not transparent about the bill. Paid cash. Got sent a bill in the mail that I thought was covered at the visit. Called customer service regarding the bill. “Katie” was very rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service. She was basically laughing at my frustrations/ at me trying to figure out what to do. I will never use their services again. If you don’t have insurance, want to self pay, think you are paying what you are… expect a surprise bill and terrible customer phone service as a result.

Called 4 times today. First call was 845 am. No live person. I've left 2 voicemails. No one has called me back. Its very urgent I have information about a medicine proscribed by Dr. Doolittle. This is very unprofessional and I will be contacting who ever is in charge. This office if very incompetent.
