Nothing quite like being told “we’re only open for drug screens and covid tests”. Why would any establishment that calls themselves urgent care operate without doctors

Wanted to absolutely thank each and every staff member that put us my husband and I at ease tonight. I went in with a moderate to severe arm pain that shot pain to the chest, mimicking heart attack symptoms. Immediately, I was put at ease with the care I was in and felt safe. Everything on the tests came back perfect. Thank you so much to this urgent care!

Very slow service, beats the purpose of "urgent care"I waited for an hour and forty five minutes before I had to leave to a different urgent care

We had an unexpected visit to the Pardee Urgent Care in Mills River this evening. I can not possibly say enough nice things about them. Crystal was our nurse and Colleen was our PA. They were so good with our daughter, they were fast and efficient, and we left feeling so much better. Highly, highly recommended.

DO NOT go here. The worst experience ever!!!! The Dr DOES NOT not listen to what you are telling her. I am nurse with over 20 years experience. When a nurse goes to an urgent care there the something wrong. We hate to admit anything is wrong with us - and with Covid we don’t go to an urgent care unless we are really in pain. I went today as a result of a fall. My pain a 10/10. I was told “Nothing wrong wit you” and sent out of the clinic. As a nurse I KNOW there is definitely something wrong. The Dr is a quack!! And she didn’t listen. I’m used to rude Doctors - they think a nurse doesn’t know anything - but she is the absolute epitome of rude doctors. Save your money snd go to mission!!! They’ll take care of you!

Every employee is coughing, not covering faces. The (very young) doctor I am seeing just dropped a glove on the floor and proceeded to put it on and use it. Very impersonal and abrasive. Hope I don’t get even more sick from this visit!

Very upset with urgent care in mills river ! NEVER will I go there again or advise anyone too. They screened me at the door which I had a temp of 100 that I had all week fighting a UTI . She told my temp out load to the lady at the front then said why I was there out load for everyone to hear . I don’t appreciate this as I work in health care and that’s Against HIPAA!! The front desk lady working Sunday and the lady at the door that doesn’t even work there just helps out Needs to be talked too . I’ll be bringing this up to the board of pardee .. Fletcher urgent care was amazing they were very professional. From now on I’ll go there but poor rude staff at mills river are awful .

I was seen for a chronic cough, all the doc did was ask about symptoms, listen to me breathe, and sent me with prescriptions for cough meds. A month later I received a bill for an additional $50, after calling the 800 number on the bill I was told this up charge was because he labeled my visit as a ‘level 3’. I’m not insured and paid what I thought was in full before even seeing the doc. On my way out I checked the front desk to make sure I didn’t owe anything else, they assured me I didn’t. I’m shocked at how deceptive UNC/Pardee is with their billing/fee schedule. I work in dentistry and we are ALWAYS up front and honest about fees, I’m very disappointed in how this was handled. I’ll visit AdventHealth urgent care next time I have an issue.
