List of Dental Associates's Reviews
This location plays games, has severely inexperienced hygienists and assistants, the front desk staff pretends they cant speak English if you confront them about their shady billing and the dentist does subpar work that has to be corrected by other Drs. (Easy stuff like bonding or filings that shouldnt be hard for an experienced dentist). The guy acts like a big sleeze on top of everything else. They will bill you incorrectly, then even if the dentist agrees you shouldnt have been charged for certain things, the front desk will send you to collections for whatever they please all while refusing to speak English to you. The hygienists dont know how to take Xrays and act like Middle schoolers. This location should be investigated and reported to FTC and BBB. Avoid.
Called January 1, 2020. left a voice mail they never returned the call. Three weeks later booked an appt for an initial.visit....doctor gave me a treatment plan which included pulling what has since proved to be a perfectly good tooth months later. ....bring in the business manager for an estimate of expenses zero yes your insurance will cover everything. When I returned home I called my insurer the cost to me would have been over $2000.Virus closes everything and now they call to book me in July??? Huh these people are as sweet as they.could be while they empty your.pocket and could care less about you. Be warned.
I see Dr. Savaglio here, and Ive never had a better dentist. He has incredible bedside manner, and has always made me feel comfortable no matter what the dental procedure.Excellent dentist, customer service with everyone I interact with is wonderful, 10/10 would recommend.
If i were you based on my experience i would steer clear of this practice. I was not even diagnosed before I was given a schedule of pricing and asked to pay an unreasonable amount up front Even after presenting them with my insurance that covered xrays and extractions. I personally feel that this practice takes advantage of those who are not educated in dental office terminology or procedures and charge for unneeded services not outlined in the insured coverage. Found a practice that was professional accepted my insurance and performed the necessary procedures and examination as outlined by the insurance and did not require me to pay for these services upfront. Consumers Beware of this place and anyone in this dental association.
Outstanding service all around. Cant say enough about the professionalism of the staff. Dr Dongre diagnosed what I neededa crown& got to work. He & his staff are super friendly & efficient. I was in and out on my schedule & I cant ask for much more than that. I was looking for a new dentist &found one.
This was thus far the best experience Ive had at a dentists. I had originally scheduled cleaning and check up for a problematic tooth but after the check up doctor Savaglio was able to accommodate the extraction right away. I was clearly nervous but he made me feel comfortable (and had a great sense of humor ha!) and the procedure was painless. They also gave me an electric tooth brush and toothpaste as a gift for being a first timer. What a gesture! The entire staff was amazing and warm. The best part? The doctor himself called me a couple of days later to see how I was doing. Never had that happen before. Thats some serious commitment to great customer service. I am very happy with my experience and as long as I am in Milwaukee thats my place for dental work! .
I went back for my regular cleaning after I wrote the 5 start review from my first experience a total turn around in the experience. It was a raining day and this location does not have close by parking so I parked at the grand avenue mall (they would give voucher for that) and had to walk thru the stormy streets from a couple of blocks away. IT was so windy and impossible to use umbrellas (flip!) so I had a rain coat on but my face and my pants got pretty wet and cold by the time I got there. The front desk lady was not warm and kind, she was impatient and a bit snobbish when I asked questions about the survey she makes me fill on the iPad. Not a good start but I couldnt have foreseen worse things coming. So it turned out that my dentist and hygienist from last time were both gone. And the guy that was cleaning my teeth will not be there the next time as well if I were to return there. I do not like having to explain my teeth situation each time I go and see someone that I am not familiar with each time. However that is still not the worst thing. The hygienist did not rinse my mouth the whole time he was cleaning my teeth until it was 3/4 done and I couldnt tolerate the build up and choked on the stuff and had to get up and spit into the sink and rinse my mouth. Yeah, it felt gross, I know, and it was. I never had a hygienist that didnt rinse regularly throughout the cleaning. Still not the worst yet just when I thought it couldnt get worse.A few minutes later, he POKED INTO MY UPPER LIP with the hook tool!!! I CANT BELIVE IT!!! seriously, I wasnt even moving or anything and he just slammed it into my freaking lip! I just lost it and started crying cos it hurt and the build up of disappointment exploded. I wasnt saying anything harsh on him but I was feeling horrible. Of course he was apologetic, but I still couldnt believe he poked me after all the training he had to go thru to get the job. And when I was leaving, another woman that works there was having eye contact with his behind my back and when I turned I saw the look of her eyes saying oh poor guy Im sorry you had that experience with such a patient kinda look. I couldnt freaking believe it. Seriously? I was the freaking victim and I had to pay you all! Damn!Soooooo disappointed and not recommend anyone going there without fully knowing who they are seeing.
It thrills me to noend to see staff incessantly sanitizing surfaces! In addition to the clean and quiet office; appointment times conveniently start as early at 7am, checkin process is quick and waittime is minimal, the staff are knowledgeable and courteous, and they have an orthodontist inhouse.
Who loves going to the dentist? Not this girl, but I can honestly say Dr. Salvaglio and his staff are amazing! They are professional, personable, empathetic and make going to the dentist a much less pain process. Ive had several dentists through my life and this dental office, reception staff, especially the doctor and assistant, surpass all my highest expectations.
Fantastic service and friendly staff, in a classy and comfortable atmosphere.I am not a nervousatthedentist type, but if you are, I think the soothing aura here will help calm your nerves. Plus, the hygienists and dentists all keep the energy in a good place.Ill be going back for some teethpulling, and Im not a bit worried about it. If your insurance doesnt cover dental things aside from cleanings, like mine, then they do offer supplemental insurance for like $60 that provides one year of coverage at like 40% or something, I dont remember exactly.Check them out!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
