List of Kenneth Gordon's Reviews
Dr. Gordon is a star. He was really cool and thoroughly explained my situation. He knew and understood exactly my condition. He and his staff communicated very thoroughly and even followed up post treatment! What can I say. I’m happy I finally made the move and got in after years of struggling by. Froedtert continues to be the best network provider ever!
Dr. Gordon is a life saver. He has cleared up my skin ( that was painful and bleeding at times) my joints hurt all the time, and now I have great relief. Even after a rheumatologist said I didn't have psoriatic arthritis and I was left in pain for months Dr. Gordon prescribed the right treatment, thank God! Seriously don't give up, there is clear skin to be had and freedom from joint pain! Thank you Dr. Gordon
I've seen a number of dermatologists at Northwestern (Brieva, Choi, Janhs). Gordon was BY FAR the best. After seeing several doctors about a condition on my face and after a variety of useless treatments for over a year, I finally decided to try him as a dermatologist. He was able to immediately identify what I had and knock it out in less than 2 weeks. So glad I found him but so sad he has left the Chicago area to go to Milwaukee.
Actually i cant find dr. Kenneth, the tel # provided online are outdated. All previously affiliated hospitals dont know where he actually is practicing. How can i find him?
My father's dermatologist was unable to diagnose a skin condition and referred him to Dr Gordon who squeezed us into his schedule and took us right away. Once there he immediately determined it was an uncommon ailment and prescribed medication that alleviated the symptoms. He explained everything thoroughly, answered questions patiently & continues to carefully monitor this chronic disease. I cannot say the same about the administrative end. Many calls to office are never returned.
So. The problem with NW dermatology is getting an apt....more important to get new one in then take care of existing patients
Poor Communication with the office. VERY SLOW response time. One the third prescription and no change at all in initial problem from 90 days ago. Seems like a guessing game.
After 90 days and three prescriptions he still hasn't solved it. Guessing game. Very poor communication from his front office too. He may be a good doctor but failed big time on this one. I hate writing bad reviews but this is pathetic.
Dr Gordon is an incredible skin doctor. It is very easy to make an appointment and most important very little wait time in the lobby. I use Dr Gordon for skin cancer check ups. Friendly and professional approach. I would highly recommend.
Staff seems to always fail at following up with forwarding paper work or getting special prescriptions filled/updated. Great doctor but he can only do so much with the staff he has. All are very kind, just not the best at paperwork. It's pretty tough to find an appointment too. But he fixed what others couldn't and I don't regret going to him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
