Great service staff and timeframe I was treated within at the ER on a Friday night. Thanks so much

I wasnt in the ER long. Jessica C. Took such good care of me. My experience was nothing like my other emergency room experiences.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the amazing young lady that helped me with my HIDA scan yesterday. She was amazing. The kindest encounter I have ever had from medical staff. So thankful for her compassion and patience with me yesterday morning as I was extremely emotional.

They are making my husband 27 sit in the waiting room next to patients who clearly have COVID. He asked if he could wait in the car or outside he is having chest pain and they told him no The waiting room is so small so they are less than 3 feet from one another. I dont understand the logic.

I wrote a review below and ironically got a canned response.My original post today Mon 101821Wish Id looked at the most recent reviews. We just went by there with a heart condition. Its happened a few times over past 20 years at other hospitals and usually we get back ASAP. Not today. Front desk at Novant said might be 3.5 hr wait.So we headed to ER Atrium Health off Albemarle Rd. Got back asap.This may just be a sign of the times due to staffing Covid or something beyond their control. All I know is we made the decision to go elsewhere due to the circumstances.Good luck.

We brought my son in the ER at 9p.m. on 10521 still sitting here at 630a.m on 10621 and he still hasnt seen the doctor This is the slowest most ridiculous ER Ive ever seen in my life so I suggest that you find another hospital to go to besides here Thank God my son wasnt dying or they wouldve let him sit here die a long time ago

Go some place else You will literally die before getting to see a doctor. Came here in a slow night and was told I was will see a doc soon since there were only 2 ppl ahead of me. Didn’t get to see a doctor till 3hrs later No one even knew to check on me while waiting in the room they put me in. No one cares here not the front desk not the nurses not the doctors. Saw a patient waiting in the hall and was literally having the hardest time of her life. None of the nurses sitting at their computer probably playing games and checking Facebook stopped to asked the lady if she was ok. Then the lady had a heart attacked and I’m pretty sure I over heard they saying she died. Exactly you people didn’t do your job like the tv advertised ya being “such life saver” and we should be “thankful” to you all. You should be thankful for us who pays ya and give ya a job 3hrs passed and a random nurse asked if I was helped. Nooo Obviously that’s why I was still there. Ya said ya knew I was here but didn’t even notified the doctored then asked 3 hrs later? When I finally got helped and was leaving everyone that came ahead of me and after were longgggggg goneeeeeeeeee. I hope these heartless employees will be longgggggg goneeeeeeee too.

Emergency room attentive are forgetting about the other sick people. The people with pain and other illness. Yes Covid is dangerous however we have the education to stay safe. People with broken bonesor people trying to stay away from the ER However cant certain situations.It is truly sad when you sit through a shift change. And you are still waiting to see a nurse a doctor some body. This is my third visit at this place and it will be my last. Just because it is new dont mean it is better. Going on 6 hours and still no doctors.

Horrible experience. I’m unable to get an ultrasound that I desperately need because I don’t have anyone watch my son. The photo is the horrible guy that couldn’t assist me. He absolutely sucks. Older white guy

This was the best experience I’ve had at hospital. Nurse Moody did an outstanding job of taking care of me and making me feel comfortable. The entire staff was amazing.
