Receptionists are the worst here!!

Wife checked in, had x-ray on her arm and seen by a doctor in less than 45 minutes. Very cheerful, courteous, friendly and professional staff work at this location of WFBHUC. Easy access from both east and westbound I-40 via Yadkinvile Hwy ( US 601 South ) turning right at the stoplight at the intersection with Country Road.

They don’t take patients after 5pm, but when I called and told them that I felt so bad and had already been to one urgent care that same day and was not able to be seen... they took me in at 6:30. They were so kind and didn’t act like I was a inconvenience at all. I was so thankful that I was able to be seen.

The ladies at the front desk here are always kind and professional but I can not say the same for the rest of the staff here. The wait time is always way too long and the staff always seem to be annoyed by your presence or seem like they would rather be elsewhere or flat out rude. I have been to this location a dozen times over the years simply because it is the only urgent care option close to me. I so wish novant would open one closer so I never had to go to this place again.

This is the best urgent care I've been to. The receptionist is so sweet. Doctor Wagner and nurse were a pleasure and very attentive and thorough. I highly recommend this location. We felt like they treated us very well.

Went Sunday morning to see if I had the flu. (We have 2 people at the job out with it) I had high fever, sore throat, and I was extremely tired and body aches. They only tested for strep throat. It was negative. Dr came in and said she doesn't think it's the flu and to take Tylenol for the fever, and to take something for multi symptom and keep pushing fluids. Went to employee health the next morning when they opened and sure enough they tested me and it's the flu. I will not be back.

Horrible attitude by Dr. Chad Wagner! I spent 2 hours in the waiting room with my 75 year old aunt who had a viral infection. The doctor was not friendly and drilled me as to who I was. I got the impression he thought I was there to get drugs for illegal use. He showed no real concern for her condition.
