Took a year to make an appointment then after FINALLY getting an appointment, they canceled on me!!! This place is joke!!! Completely discriminatory towards the white community!

I had to get one of my molars extracted today since I cannot afford root canal and crown. The dentist, I feel so bad I didn’t get her name, was absolutely wonderful. She took her time and got it all out. I know it made them late with other appointments but she was so good. Also the assistant was so caring and thoughtful. I am so grateful to both of them!!

literally bad. my eyes were swollen and i wanted to see a nurse and they told me i had to wait in the lobby and that someone was going to see me in a “few” it was going to take long. ive been waiting over an hr. i went to ask a lady at the desk how long it was going to be because it’s been over an hr and i’m the only one in the lobby. she had glasses , was rude & told me to go wait in line. people complain about this place so much and now i know why

There is nothing easy about navigating the medical world without health insurance. This clinic is an incredible gift to the community. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The nurses are engaging and informative. The pharmacy is efficient and affordable.The FNP,Jennifer Mahoney, was exceptional. She was thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. Every single person there treated me with kindness and dignity. I am immensely grateful and will continue to come to this clinic with or without insurance.

We showed up 15 minutes early and have been here for over 2.5 hours and still haven’t received care. The receptionist was psychotic and not helpful whatsoever. Our appointment was at 10am and it is approaching 12:30pm. The cleanliness of the clinic is seriously bad. I will never come back here.

Pésimo servicio uno hace cita y te atienden a la hora que quieren me toco esperar 2 horas y pregunto que si me podía atender otra doctora (era chequeo fisico para la escuela de mi hija)y la recepcionista toda enojada dijo que no toda la gente me veía que porque no me atendían

La persona que me atendió en español,al parecer le falta más entrenamiento para atención al cliente se porto muy poco profesional mostrando signos de molestia no tiene paciencia, además de colgar el teléfono de una manera muy agresiva, espero mi review sea tomado en cuenta el nombre de la persona me dijo llamarse dulce, espero sea su nombre verdadero.por lo demás la atención es muy buena nunca tuve ningún problema.

The front desk people Service is very bad they have me waiting on the phone until the phone click up I called them three times I had to wait 20 minutes each time and still didn't get through and the Doctors is a Joke they are very slow on getting your prescriptions I've been waiting for my prescription for 3 days now and I have high blood pressure
