Very pleasant and welcoming experience, Dr Jennifer Drake was fantastic and listened and showed actual care about my concerns. Highly recommend! A+++
Over the course of the years (before the merger of 3 separate clinics) I have fired 3 physicians in this practice. Had I realized the practices are now merged, I never would have gone back. There are a number of pain clinics in the area where you can receive proper care without the need for prescription addiction.
I was basically called a liar and refused treatment at the Salisbury NC location!! Had an appt. for 3 informed the schedular that I worked til3 but it was only a mile from them, and it could take about ten minutes to arrive, informed me that would not be a problem!! Arrived at 3:10 and refused treatment. extremely unprofessional to treay anyonr this way, especially a 100% disabled veteran!!! Find another clinic that cares..
So so helpful....Jennifer Drake listens to me and wants me to feel the best I can. I've never needed pain management to the degree I do now.The nurse and front desk are so polite and work so hard to get me everything I need....If you need pain management go to these guys ❤️
Very rude and unprofessional. I had two failed urine tests and was abruptly taken off of my medicine and put on a medication that my insurance would not cover. They kept lying to me and saying they would return my calls and didn't. I would recommend that you try another provider if you're considering going here.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Rude staff and also a lying staff. Will not respond to voicemails and will say they do. Also impossible to get ahold of the nursing staff! Please do not go here!
The entire staff is very professional, and caring about my chronic back pain. After 4 back surgeries, I'm not sure if there is anything else that they can do. With that in mind, the staff is still willing to help minimize my pain, with different treatment plans.
10 minutes late have to wait 45 minutes for it
I have been going here for 8 years. This is the best pain doctors I have seen. They listen to my concerns. We talk about a plain to deal with my pain and they keep me up to date on the latest treatments. I am SO PLEASED with Jenifer Dreak. She has helped me threw some tough diagnoses and gotten me through so many surgeries with pain control. I trust my health with them. Pain management is hard as it is. Most pain doctors don't listen to your concerns. She listens and helps me to bot go further than what I am okay with.
THE WORST!! Seemingly UNQUALIFIED and so rude. The "practitioner" that came from the Salisbury office to work in Mooresville actually insulted us to our faces. Her attitude was take it or leave it instead of really trying to medically help a patient that is in so much constant pain. We now go to a different company/clinic and what a night and day difference in professionalism, competence and care!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
