Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in answering questions and explaining the procedures. I was taken on time and was finished within 20 minutes. The facility was very clean and everyone adhered to the Covid guidelines. Excellent patient services.

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. In the past years I visited the Huntersville location and was reluctant to change but I have been very pleased with this locations promptness and pleasant staff!!

What a first class operation! From receiving a nice promo card/birthday card in the mail on my 40th, to getting an appointment within only a week, to receiving a quick text reminder of the appointment, to getting called right back once checking in for my appointment, and being cared for and the every step thoroughly laid out for me... I aim to have my business as streamlined! And, I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Having a mammogram every year is not always my favorite thing to look forward to but one thing I do look forward to is having it performed by Charlotte Radiology- Mooresville! They are nice, professional and most importantly punctual. Everything is a great experience when dealing with them from making the appointment (online) to check-in, to service performed. They are pleasant, comforting and on time EVERY time. They take you in at your exact appointment time with no wait and you are in and out.Great and consistent service EVERY time. Keep up the great work. CHEERS!

Wonderful experience at Charlotte Radiology - Mooresville. Rebecca & Mia were an absolute joy to perform my mammogram. They were very kind and thorough with getting the necessary images. And they got me in & out very quickly. A nice, calming facility!

I was running late and was so upset because my sister had just gotten a double mastectomy the day before and I have another sister who had BC three years ago and my Mom died of BC at age 43. I am going to genetics counseling and I needed this mammogram for that. Anne at the front desk was very kind and patient. I also have MS so my tremor was causing me problems, I forgot a mask and she gave me a pink one! I will wear it with pride. Ty so much ANNE and Charlotte Radiology/Breast Center for understanding that people are human. I also want to thank NICOLE Who took time to explain everything to me and was very sweet and understanding as well as professional. Getting a mammogram is no fun but when the people who are doing it are kind and compassionate it makes all the difference in the world!
