I do the female pellet and filler about every quarter with Kayla. She's the absolute best injector I have ever had. The pellet therapy is a lifesaver!! I enjoy the friendly office atmosphere.

First I want to start out by saying it took 4 weeks to get through to these people when I do get through they say they can't make me an appointment because I complained about Botox not lasting only 4 weeks when I only got 20 units then I did get in an argument with the lady because she pissed me off of course and hung up the phone I've been going to complete laser clinic for many years probably 15 years at the most never had any problems and only complained one time one complaint one time they drop you I will get down to the bottom of it most definitely as of today... I have always given them five stars completely every time I go on there spent several thousand dollars there I cannot believe I complain one time and they and they cannot make me an appointment. Do not go to these people if this is how they are now they treat you good great are they sure and damn well didn't do me very fair.

Unsatisfactory outcome... very expensive on pricing of certain surgical procedure for the less than satisfactory outcome. I followed post-procedural protocol yet not the outcome promised.

I hate to leave a one star review (Ashley was so nice) but after 9 laser hair treatments, over almost a year, on 2 different areas I am disappointed. There is maybe a small reduction of hair growth but not the results I was expecting at all. Definitely money just out the window.
