I have been going to fast med for all most a year they are the nicest people Mark Josh and the whole team are the best I would recommend my family and friends there thanks for all you do.

Very fast service,professional and friendly

My son was out of school for a sore throat, cough, and clogged ears two Thursdays ago. They told me it was “allergies” and to take Flonase and a daily allergy pill. He got progressively worse over the next week and by Friday, he was so bad he stayed home again from school. I called and the PA on staff said he’d prescribe him an RX antihistamine and if that didn’t work by Sunday, to call back and he’d call in an antibiotic. I called back because the medicine did not help one bit, and after repeated phone calls for two full days now, nobody has returned my call or they don’t answer. I’ve about had it. I have a high deductible plan so I paid well over $150 for NOTHING. How is this medical help when you can’t get any help at all?? And what is the point of telling a patient to call back if nobody will answer or return a message? I can’t even get into our pediatrician because of too many sick kids and now I can’t get help from an urgent care either. I’ll never visit this location again. I’ve never had worse customer service from any urgent care in Mooresville than this. I guess I’ll be paying for an out of network visit for a different urgent care bc it would be worth it.

Made an appointment online because I wasn't feeling my best. There was a decent selection of time slots to choose from online, and check-in with staff upon arrival was easy and super pleasant. I really appreciated how quick the appointment went, because I was really feeling like mildly feverish garbage. Joshua the P.A. was energetic, friendly and explained my treatment options for a viral cold. I'm a fan of how efficient the entire visit was, I wish it was this easy and convenient at other places!!

I received care here for job type testing and had a wonderful experience Lisa at reception was personabla nice and very attentive informative as well. My M.A. was polite very nice she also very personable kind and knowledgeable. I definitely would be seen here for an urgent care visit . The facility was clean and smelled clean as soo as you walked in. Thank You for the job you all do !!

Joshua Knight, PA was wonderful and realized I needed more tests and referred me to the ER. The receptionist Lisa was also very caring.

I have gone to Fast Med about 4 times and I received prompt and effective care each time.

My experience was awesome! The service was phenomenal at the Mooresville location. I was very pleased from the Check-in to the Check-out process. The Medical Assistant Nova was the best, made me very comfortable and assuring. The PA- Josh was the best, very detailed and explained everything to me , I really appreciate that. The service was quick and professional. I would just like to thank all that were working on 2/27/23 @ 6pm. Thank you again for your greetings, smiles and professionalism.!!!
