Dr. Stutts is the most compassionate caring primary care physician I have met in a long time. She really listens answers all questions professionally and gives you options for care. I never felt rushed or as if my questions were silly. I wish there were more primary care doctors like Dr. Stutts because WE need doctors like her Also the staff is great to work with...they follow through with what they say they will do. Ive tried making an appointment there several times this past month. And they absolutely refuse to give me one. In the past when they ACTUALLY gave me an appointment I needed a referral and again they refused to give me one. Im usual a very nice and patient person so this should tell you how bad it is here. They dont care about their jobs or their patients theyve lost the love for it and its not only saddening but its frustrating. When Dr. Pallogrieno worked there it was full of life. I get covid has put us through the shredder but that doesnt mean they shouldnt do their jobs its the very least they should do.

My family and I are so very thankful for Dr. Stutts and her staff. We all came down with Covid and could not find anyone to prescribe anything for us. Dr. Stutts took time out to call us from home at 930 in the evening to give us a teleconsultation. She immediately called in a prescription for us. Thank God for the few doctors who will help patients without being complicit in a political game being played with peoples lives.

I trust the staff and doctor here. I have always been treated with compassion and kindness. Im the biggest baby about needles and the staff goes over and beyond to make me feel safe.

My elderly mother and I have been going to see Dr. Jodi Stutts for years since 2015 and up until a couple of years ago we were very happy with her and her practice. Dr. Stutts is an amazing physician who really listens to your problems and doesnt make snap decisions on what the problem might be. However in the last 2 years the quality of service with her office staff has gone down hill. They rarely answer the phone anymore when someone calls. I tried calling every few mins for over an hour and never got an answer. They dont return calls when they say they will. It took me over a month to get refills for my once a week insulin shot. We have been trying to get home health care for my mother for over 6 months. I was needing to do a sleep study and there was a problem with the company they referred me to and I called them and informed them of the problem and they never rectified it. The only reason I gave two stars is because Dr. Stutts is such a great doctor but I am going to change doctors because it isnt worth it to deal with the office staff.

My daughter was recently seen here. I was able to receive a same day appointment. From the moment we came in the staff and provider were very attentive and the service was impeccable

I would never normally leave a negative review for anyone but this is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE IN HEALTHCARE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. if it was an error once or twice I would understand but it IS NUMEROUS which is terrifying when it comes to your health. The most recent I called 2 weeks ago because my company changed our health insurance and I needed them to change my prescription to what my insurance would cover and the receptionist said they would send it right over to Walgreens so I go to pick it up they had never sent it over. I called the office and they said I would need to speak with the NP I use there in order to have the prescription re written. I have my appointment with her this morning she understands what the situation repeats back to me several times what prescription she will be sending over to Walgreens and THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION IS CALLED IN. FOR A DRUG IVE NEVER TAKEN. So I leave several messages at the office as well as walgreens left them several mesages WALGREENS calls me back NOT Iredeall family Medicine and tells me there are no physicians in the office to rewrite my correct prescription They have never even returned my call. I strongly advise anyone from seeing this medical group they are an unorganized unprofessional group and that is dangerous when it comes to your health
