My wife and I have been going to Joel Sugarman for the past 13 or so years. In that time, we have never had to wait more than a few short minutes before Joel would come into the room with a broad smile on his face and a warm greeting. He is always friendly and very thorough in his examinations and work. He treats us like family and we consider him family. I will always recommend Joel to all our friends in need of great dermatological care. He IS the best.Ray and Barbara

Several years ago, a routine exam revealed I had a melanoma on my chest. He cut it out on the spot and I've been seeing him ever since. Cannot say enough about his thoroughness, knowledge and overall demeanor. You can't do better than Dr. Sugarman

This Dr is first class. As any specialist, it takes a while to get in. But he takes the time to see you, understand your concerns, explain treatments if any are needed and answer your questions. He is easy to relate to and work with, passionate about his work, very knowledgeable and well connected to the most reputable specialists. I wish the entire medical body was a trustworthy as this guy is.

Cannot get appointment if you have condition that needs attention right away. I had flare up of eczema and it covers both legs, itching and burning, but was told I could only see him 3 weeks from now. Good thing he's not a cardiologist.

I saw PA today. I believe her name is Allison. A more pleasant experience at a dermatologists office, I have never had. She is personable and very capable. Also, painless!!

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sugarman to anyone seeking a profoundly knowledgeable and caring dermatologist. Appointment times are often booked out a little ways, but that's just further evidence that everyone wants to see Dr. Sugarman as he is the best.

This man saved my life! He found a cancer on me that many other doctors had missed and I am blessed. He's awesome and there is a reason graduated #1 in his medical class, he's brilliant in his field...why trust anyone else??? On top of that he is very personable and talks in layman language. He is simply THE BEST:)
