I first want to say Ive always been happy with my mammogram experiences at LNR however...This time was ridiculousI made my appt and then some time later we moved to Hickory.I kept my appointment because Ive always been very satisfied there from front desk to examand Id have a year to find another doctor.Weve lived in Hickory for almost 3 weeks.I received a phone call one night around 7pm to register me for my upcoming appointment. Seemed odd but with covid I understood and gave infoall set.I show up today for my 215 appt well before suggested 200. I give my name and the woman says oh your appointment was at 845 today and you were a no showI told her my appointment time that I had a call to be registered and this is my time. She says I dont see any notes in here about the registrationShe just kept saying idk what to do and telling me my appointment was NOT at 215.She made me feel so unwelcomed and pretty mad. She was unprofessional offered NO apologies seeing that I came from Hickory for this appointment and gave me a phone number to reschedule.Looks like I wont be going back there.I understand the stress most healthcare workers are under but its not ok to be rude and to not offer any assistance. Like Im so sorry let me see if we can squeeze you in somewhere or let me help you reschedule if youre willing and well make sure theres no mix up...idk anything Customer service is a thing of the past.

Can I give a zero star rating? I had an accident was in pain and lying in the ER the first person who wanted to have anything to do with me was the money guy looking for me to sign forms to ensure payment for service. The center is innetwork for my insurance so one might assume that they know how the insurer pays and against what timeline. My claim went through within days of the service and yet I am receiving threatening letters about referring me to collections agencies etc. Healthcare staff seemed ok but overall the place feels dated rundown and I wasnt sure about cleanliness. If I ever need help again it will be elsewhere even if thats a lot further away

I had a great experience the first time I went. Today was a different story. I have never been in a medical facility where there was an actual sign on the wall in the changing rooms where it has information on who to contact to complain The technician was not friendly. She asked me to fully undress but then said you didn’t have to take your pants off 😡. She was huffy with me when I tried to close my gown a little because I was cold. She was very rough with me which hurt And that wasn’t the machine it was her because she was rushing. This was not like the like last tine I went. It was rush rush rush and felt like a nascar tire change Look I’m not asking for roses and dinner but nice conversation and not so rough would have been nice 😳

My daughter has been battling with COVID for three weeks. She has a preexisting heart condition and between the virus and the medications she has to be on for treatment shes needed constant attention. Her Dr sent her to the emergency room [3 weeks into this] for blood culture and heart exam. She still had a 102 fever and the people in the emergency room had her leave to enter their COVID entrance which is a locked door outside the main building. She had to sit outside in the heat waiting close to an hour while they kept updating her that someone would come to get her and no one ever showed up She was so sick she had to leave to go home rather than wait at a hospital that was doing absolutely nothing for her. Her Dr called the hospital to make sure it was dealt with properly so my daughter went back in Monday for the needed tests.The Dr that treated her gave her two prescriptions for a separate infection and apparently did no background check at all because ONE prescription was listed as a class 4 allergy for her and SECOND prescription had a SEVERE interaction warning with her heart medication....as in hospital inducing interactions If she had taken them without doing the research on her own after leaving the hospital they could have killed her

Excellent Staff and  the post op care has been great. A little drive away from home but worth it. . Most care post op has been nurses and PAs and CNAs whom have been great. The pain post surgery is extreme but the staff are encouraging me along the recovery period .  I dont wish to return but if I did I will select LNRM for my hospital care .

Felt unsafe. Only one security person on night shift. Homeless people get in and find empty rooms or wonder around looking to steal. Complained many many times and nothing ever done. Human Resources unfair to employees. Not a good place to work.

These ladies work so hard and get so little thanks I appreciate what they do and just wanted to say thank you A special shout out to Christina She is such a dedicated caring and patient focused technician

We had an excellent experience at LNRMC in Storks Landing After delivering our first child in a busy Boston hospital associated with Harvard medical school I wasnt sure what to expect of a much smaller regional facility. LNRMC was a lovely quiet change and blew us away with their service. The nurses and staff were all top notch in expertise and personality. We had an unmedicated natural birth and were pleased with the teams positive attitudes and equipment to help us achieve that.  I asked to not be offered pain medication and they upheld my wishes.  They also have wireless monitoring and specific birthing balls for moms who are able to move during labor. They had just allowed their infant photography vendor Bella Baby back in from COVID and we loved this option. They come and take photos and you have no obligation to buy until you see the proofs online. We have beautiful photos. Overall we highly recommend LNRMC We also highly recommend Dr Adams and all the doctors at Lakeshore Womens Specialists. I have a separate review of their practice as well. Thank you everyone for helping us bring our son into the world
