I enjoy going to see Dr. Gross. He’s very professional. He has a good bed side manner. He is the only neurologist who has listened to everything I have had going on and did something about it. Give him a try. You no be disappointed with him at all.

I did not have a positive experience with this practice and was actually misdiagnosed. I knew I wouldnt be returning after my visit and didnt schedule a follow up. It wasnt until I ended up in the ER that I found out how misdiagnosed I was and sought follow up treatment with a different neurologist.

I dont know others complaints but I have had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Gross. Very professional listens and will go the extra mile to try and help. My only problem is that I have papers that need to be faxed from them and I have issues with them completing that from time to time.

Doctor did not seem to care about what was going on. Was suppose to do other test than what my usual eye doctor does but he did the same. Said there is no inflammation to the eye but then prescribed medicine just for inflammation. A lady from the front office knocked on the door while the doctor was in the room with me saying there was a doctor there to see him and that he was able to wait. Instead the doctor called him back and left me in the room for 5 minutes when he already knew I had to be at a hospital a hour away in a hour and fifteen minutes. Very disappointed with my visit

Dr. Conrad needs his license pulled BEWARE He prescribed my young niece horrible meds and to even double the dosage at one point which sent her into a violent seizing tailspin. He then didnt want anything to do with her and fell off the grid to the doctors at the hospital who tried to help her

Poor professionalism. Does not listen to patient concerns. Will not call back or have nurse do so when you can with a complaint about medication. He does not care about his patients needs.
