Lake Norman Regional Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I went in for a yearly checkup. Every thing was fine at the office. Sherard Spangler PAC is who I saw. She was pleasant and very much willing to write a script. After I went a few months later my husband went and said the same thing... she had written him another script for a medicine she recommended. We joked. My husband just recently started taking meds for BP a few years ago and I do not take any meds. So we both thought this was odd behavior and just chuckled. Then I get my bill in the mail. Thinking surely is it a coding mistake I call the office. I recently changed insurances and its a newer one The Health Plan and most Drs my family and I go to we have billing issues so I really thought nothing of it. I was told they did code it correctly because she wrote a prescription for me and if they do anything out of the realm of a normal wellness exam that they charge for that. I had a dry spot on my knee that she believes to be psoriasis so she wrote a script. Now I dont know about you but if I knew it was going to cost me $165 for her to tell me her best guess and write a script I would have said no thank you. After speaking with the office...clearly upset... I told them that was bullshit and that our family would not be back. One of their admin named Tina calls me back to ask what had happened and she was told I was cussing them out now Ive cussed people out and clearly that was not the case. She goes into why it was coded that way and that I had signed for services meaning the yearly visit I thought I was getting. I told her that is fine to charge me what they felt they needed to and we would be switching providers. She proceeds to tell me that she would do her best to wave the charges for transferring our file to another Dr No thanks we will start fresh. Good to know your office is all about the money and not your  patients. Be wary unless you like paying extra.

Amy Arnold and Dr. CiRillo are wonderful They really care about their patients and actually listen to your symptoms and concerns before just throwing out a diagnosis.

My husband saw Dr. Gross and he was very knowledgeable but his staff sucks.... we have been waiting for a MRI for over month and they didnt even call facility to verify that MRIs are done just faxed over paper work. Called the facility in our area find out why it was taking so long to get MRI. Come to find out MRIs are not even done at this location. Called Dr. Gross office back and was told I need to contact my husbands insurance company and find a covered facilty..

I would have been a new patient of Dr. Renich because I already met her while I was with my family for their appointment with her. Shes great The office staff ruined the experience for me when I was calling to reschedule my appointment that I already had when I met Dr. Renich. The staff was disrespectful unprofessional arrogant and extremely rude. I have put up with bullying in my past but Im not going to put up with it at a doctors office. Office staff should be nice professional and friendly to everyone which they were not I was hoping that the bad rumors about the office staff were not true but apparently they are and unfortunately they live up to those rumors really well Im definitely finding a new doctor

The family and I just bought a new house and relocated to Mooresville. Seeking a family medical practice and Im current Covid19 symptomatic. Tested at FastMed first and a negative result but suggested I take the antibody test. Reached out to Lake Norman Medical today and asked if they are accepting new patients. First reply was yes until we discussed my ongoing symptoms... They put me on a brief hold and returned with... We currently arent accepting any patients with Covid19 symptoms. IMO this is a discriminatory practice. You deny care in the most urgent time of need? Guess you only prefer healthy patients...

Dr. Renich is an excellent doctor. She always takes time to listen. She is very knowledgable and caring.

they have been my docs since 2003. you will not any doctors better than dr Reich and dr Gross

Several members of my family as well as I have been patients of this medical group for many years with complete satisfaction. I see Dr. Renich and I very much appreciate the fact that she considers a patients personal life components along with their physical status while treating them. During a visit I always feel relaxed never rushed. I also feel encouraged to participate in making decisions about my care.

called to check about my bill. spoke with the front desk and was so rude. I was just asking questions and she is raising her voie on me and she seems to not know the answer placed me on hold and without informing me I got transferred. Dr we saw was great but front desk people are not

They suck. Dont see them do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and see trinity healthcare. Youre welcome.
