The receptionist and staff were very unprofessional in not informing patients of the extended wait times. When asked several times why it was taking almost 2 hours to get a scheduled MRI I was given no answer and treated as if I was at fault. I asked for my copay refund and left. Customer service training is in dire need at this facility with an attitude adjustment from the receptionist. Poor service poor attitude Go elsewhere .

My wife just cane out of having an MRI MRA today she couldn’t say enough about the staff. They were so efficient extremely friendly kind. She highly recommends them would not hesitate to get one here again if need be Thank you

Dory was great in working with me to find a quick appointment. The folks running the MRI trailer were great explaining the process and their overall attitude was super welcoming. I would highly recommend because of the Dory and the ladies sorry missed names as well as sticking to appointment times. Thank you

I recently had an MRI of my back done. The staff that works here are so helpful. They are also very nice. I was comfortable and I didnt think that it was time for the scan to be done. Novant has a good turn around time. I was told that my doctor would get the written review within 2 days. I was given a disc of the scan to take with me when I left.
