She is excellent at what she does. She listens to what problems you are have and where your struggles and strengths are and determines what the best plan of action is for you. Everything is custom to the person because everyone is different. She is all ways a message or email away to help with any problems that may arise in between appointments. I highly recommend anyone struggling with weight loss to contact mint.

I started working with Christiane at the beginning of 2024. As a health coach, I know how to take care of myself but I found myself getting sick in the middle of the night anytime I would drink any type of alcohol or eat certain foods. I might drink twice a month, but those nights I would be up all night sick. I was also having a lot of acid reflux and could not eat eggs, dairy, broccoli, and a whole list of other foods that I’ve always enjoyed. I tried every gut cleanse available but nothing helped. After meeting with Christiane and taking the OATS test we realized it was several things but I had candida. Christiane put me on a list of supplements to help heal my gut. As we worked together, we realized it was more about my sugar intake than alcohol. With Christiane’s guidance, I can say that I am completely healed! I never get sick anymore. I am able to eat foods that I had to completely cut out of my diet. She has guided me through the process of not eating three hours before I go to bed along with not eating a lot of sugar. I still limit alcohol to a few times a month but I stay away from sugaring drinks. I was in a really bad place when I met Christiane and I was so tired of constantly having stomach issues. If you have ANY STOMACH issues I would highly recommend Christiane. Give it time. It took me over 6 months so trust the process and trust Christiane. She is AWESOME!!
