Julie Abney, PAC is the best! She truly cares about her patients. She listens & follows through on any concerns. Her knowledge & care is top notch. I highly recommend her!
I just got an MRI I wish I remembered the techs name but it was my first time and I was scared and she stayed with me holding my bottom of my leg the whole time I was there . I think that helped me get through it and it was not as bad as I imagined it. Thank you
Great Staff!!. The care and concern is spot on. I do have an issue however, not with the staff but a fellow patient that was observed yesterday, 9/28/2021. I usually keep my reviews focused on exactly what I experienced, but I cannot standby and not rectify something that I feel is an abuse of the rating system by another poster. The review from the lady about not being seen because she owed a small amount of money is blatantly false. From oberservation, I know she is totally misrepresenting the interaction she had with the frontdesk staff. I guess she didn't see me in the lobby. The problem is this system allows a person to spout half truths on the internet that are designed to intentionally harm a business because someone is unreasonable, not getting what they unjustly demand, and are angry. This is not fair to the business and to the people who want truly unbiased reviews. Yes, the business can respond, but to what end. It becomes a he said/she said situation. Unless a witness comes forward to clear the matter. Thankfully this interaction didn't happen in a vacuum and I can't stand by without correcting the narrative that this reviewer is attempting to weave. She was being rude, loud, and condescending. The staff was professional, but firm. This persons reaction when they didn't what they wanted is an example of what our society is becoming; obnoxious, entitled cry babies that are nothing more than closet bullies with a platform. Lady, you should put on your big girl pants, apologize, pay your 16 dollar tab, and rejoin humanity. But I am sure you will not, and I am disappointed that after the show you put on that the police were not called. Then again, that would have cost the taxpayers more than the 16 dollars you refused to pay for your health care. Ignore this person and visit a wonderful doctor with a great staff.
I have been seeing Julie Abney for over a year was very professional I thought until. $16.33 balance kept me from seeing her today - the 3 ladies at ty he appointment desk were like pit bulls trying to keep me from speaking to her. She is part of Piedmont Healthcare who have some wonderful doctors but not if you can’t pay your balance!!! Medical Practices seem to forget that the need compassionate office staffs not angry women who think they own the doctor. I can’t believe that any doctor would refuse to see a patient over $16.33
Down 40 lbs, THE RIGHT WAY. THANKS Dr. PATEL
Dr Patel and staff are wonderful people, They’re caring, and trust worthy. I’ve seen Patel for years now, and would highly recommend him, I value his trust and input.
Dr Patel is wonderful. He has been my doctor for 15 years. He is very professional and always listens to me. He takes time to understand your needs. He has a beautiful office. His employees are very kind and professional also. He is the best. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
I cannot say enough good things about this office and Dr Manish Patel. I came to him after my mom highly recommended him and he has helped me so much!! Dr Patel is truly a one of a kind physician who really listens to you and makes you feel comfortable discussing any concerns you have.
And then 4 days later I came down with COVID! After being so diligent with mask, hand washing and social distancing, this is the only public place I have been. Out of full commission for 3 weeks! Thanks for a horrible unnecessary wait in a waiting room of sick people!
I normally loved this practice, took time to listen and care for their patients, but they have now refused to be my Dr. More than 1/2 a dozen times they screwed up the dates on my controlled prescription and I was not allowed to fill my rx even on the day I was completely out. Ya know sometimes there are 28 days in a month, or 30... You don't appreciate my rude message? Well I don't appreciate having to be late for work, and loosing money, and having the repercussions from my upset boss. I understand the new ways and laws have changed, but this has been happening and going on for years. I don't appreciate this, and I don't care you didn't like my voice message, it affects my life and wellbeing. Isn't what this all about? Thanks also for misdiagnosing my late father in law, whom died from pancreatic cancer. Better believe I'm bitter, and you're lucky I'm not calling out the doctor's name specifically. I did like you, but now you refuse to see me. Shameful in these hard times.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
