Dr. Patel is a great doctor, she listens to you and spends the time you need with her. The staff is great & her nurse Jana is first class.

Dr. Patel came highly recommended to me, but for some reason, my experience with her has been awful. It seems like she has a silent timer, because if they schedule you for a 15 minute sick visit, that is it- 15 minutes. If you have any more questions or don't like the method of treatment offered, you have to wait until she has another break in her schedule if you need more than the allotted time period. She is rude, not very friendly, and if your medical issues are somewhat vague and if you take prescriptions for those medical issues, she jumps at the chance to send you to some specialist. I'm really not sure what she IS good at.

Dr. Patel is always compassionate, understanding and diligent about resolving any medical issues. Our family absolutely adores her because she covers everything and explains so that you have a clear understanding about what is going on and what the next steps should be.

I have never meet a doctor that really cares and make you feel important. My family and I always get same day appointments if needed. We NEVER have to wait nomore than 10 mins and NEVER been unhappy..
