I felt compelled to write a response after reading some of the reviews. I have been going to Facials and Fillers for many years. All of the staff have been professional, patient, and kind. The biggest shock was when I read some of the comments about Dr. Hall. This is one of the kindest men that I know. I can never imagine him being arrogant or rude to anyone, and I’m sure at times, I probably tried his patience, but he was always kind and helpful. I am a 77 year old Registered Nurse. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Halls for probably 10 years. We’ve been through a lot of procedures together. If I was unhappy, he solved the problem, and once in a while, it took several times, but it was always resolved, and I was lovely again. I think sometimes the problem lies in the expectation of the patient, and it can sometimes involve unreasonableness. I felt by reading some of the comments that some individuals were overly critical and perhaps difficult. I can honesty say that I have only received competent, kind, and excellent treatment. I recommend Facials and Fillers to anyone who desires this type of treatment.

Went in for filler inbetween my eyes and got botox instead without my knowledge. I had made it VERY clear to the lady that botox hadn't worked for me in that area in the past and she insulted others work saying they didn't know what they where doing. Still never said she was putting in botox instead of filler. Went back at my 2 week check and found out she DIDN'T do filler as I asked and thought I was getting. My appointment I made WAS for filler by the way and so was all the paperwork she had me fill out when I got there.

Went there for botox for TMJ the doctor did not listen to anything I had to say. He wanted to put Botox everywhere besides the TMJ. More out for the money than anything . The girl at the desk was adorable very nice personality. That's about it. And please if you relieve an honest review like I did they will haunt you and tell you you're wrong. They suggested I might need a hundred units for my job for Botox who's going to pay over $1,000 to get BOTOX for TMJ injections. My previous doctor did botox but does not do Botox anymore charge me $200 and it lasted 3 months. Like I said be leary of this place unless you don't want any money left in your wallet

I waited 20 days to review my phenol peel procedure. In a word, shocked! While this peel isn’t for the weak, the results really are outstanding! One really has to power thru the first week. You will look horrible, your face will stick to your pillow and you will question yourself. I did receive pre-surgery botox which is extra but I do recommend it. Dr. Hall’s phenol peel is a fabulous alternative to a facelift. I can actually see my eyelids! Can’t wait to see everyone again and to have Constance do a little lip magic on me!

What a wonderful experience. I’m always looking my best when I leave this establishment. I drive 2 hours just to be seen at this facility. Superb customer care with expertise and precision I’ve yet to find elsewhere.
