Had an appointment today that I scheduled two weeks ago. Appointment time was 1pm. I got there at 12:30 pm. I left at 1:55pm. I sat in the lobby the entire time without being seen, or anyone checking my vitals, etc. Disappointed. Admin staff made me a second appointment for Feb 28th. I'll be two months without medication.I was told that the provider I was scheduled to see "had an appointment that ran over". This is the reason I was given for not being seen. I wasted an hour and a half sitting in the lobby when I could have used this time to get in at a different office.
